Setting up my move was unbelievably simple. I was very impressed with the moving team. I needed to move antique glass doors, and they were meticulous in securing each item in the truck. The crew was awesome! They showed up on time ready to roll. We got new flooring and carpet at the house we moved into and they were courteous enough to take off their shoes while unloading into the house.

Moving Buddy is amazing. The three guys that moved our stuff were absolute rockstars. Efficient doesn't begin to explain them. They showed up with the truck, took a quick look around the place, and didn't stop moving until everything was in the new house. Moving Buddy is not just a great service, but a great resource. They provide video's on how to pack (there's A LOT we don't know about packing), checklists of when to complete certain tasks, and always stay in touch. The movers also finished everything before the rescheduled Browns/Raiders game, so, if I could, I'd give them six stars just for

I had a great experience with moving buddy. The "buddies" experienced some difficulty getting a two piece couch down three flights of stairs. They were able to figure it out and took care to not damage the couch in any way. Beside the couch they were very efficient from start to finish.

The team was fantastic and did everything they could to get all of our furniture in through some very small entry and door ways. They were thoughtful, polite and very creative. I would highly recommend moving buddy and the entire team - they made a stressful day much easier on us! Thanks guys!

Easy to book and super great customer service! Best value for moving and they were very helpful and made sure furniture and boxes were placed in the correct rooms. They did the job in less than 3 hours which is 3 hours less than even quoted! Would use them again easily!

These guys had to be motivated to work. Then, they didn't follow instructions which led to damages. I moved from a North Ridgeville home to an Elyria Storage Unit. I left on a business trip as they were starting to load up.
I reported the difficulties to gus@gomovingbuddy.com on the day after the move (4-4-21). I said I was out -of-town and wasn't able to inspect the cargo for damages until I returned to Cleveland. It would be 10-14 days. I was very unhappy with

Paid 1650 dollars to move a 2 bedroom apartment. The 2 younger guys complained the entire time which did not help with my anxiety and stress. They charged me 50 dollars for a tv box that was just a bunch of other boxes and duct tape. Tried calling them back to explain the charges and I have not received a phone call back. I have been telling everyone not to use this service. Was not worth it.

The services were absolutely incredible. From the time I booked the move, the updates and reminders before the move and during the move. The owner answered all my questions in a timely manner and the 3 moving buddies were great. They worked extremely hard and maximized the hours reserved. They were early to arrive, very polite and professional. I highly recommend them.
