I called Ideal after waiting all day for a plumber who never showed up. The woman who answered the phone was friendly and helpful. She gave me an idea of how much my clogged drain might cost to clear and we made an appointment for 8-9 am the next morning. Efrain showed up at 8:15. He was professional and friendly.

These guys are tops at clearing pipes. Cleared badly clogged pipes that other plumbers left partially clogged or couldn’t clear. Ideal has never tried scams unlike other plumbers that have scammed my friends in SF for emergency clogged drains. So I’m loyal to Ideal. They even do great repairs on equipment.

Ideal Rooter & Plumbing were highly recommended by my Sister . They are a Family Business & have been in the business for quite some time.
