Able Pest Exterminators

If you are reading this review you might be dealing with bugs. If so, I feel your pain! I'm a healthcare worker who brought some unfortunate critters (bed bugs) back into my own living space. This was one of THE worst experiences of my life. Able was quick to reply, the team was super supportive, and so far I think I've been cleared of these evil insects. They came once and treated the room and then returned to check. Everyone's situation is different so the type of service they provide and the amount may differ but I was very pleased with their quality of care and responsiveness

I have been with Able Pest for about a year and a half. They have always provided me with excellent service from day one. There recently had been an increase in ants around our home as well as a rat issue. We've had a couple technicians assist with traps, but the overall issue hasn't decreased. In my last service appointment a different technician was assigned, Nate-- who I must say has proven to be a true representation of what customer service really is! Outstanding work. The technicians were very knowledgeable, polite, prompt, and efficient. They were easy to work with and explained things well and clearly, and treated us like intelligent people whose opinions they valued. We had heat treatment for powder post beetles which are notorpiously hard to kill. Of all the companies we called, Able was the only one willing to guarantee the work, whether heat treaTrent or fumigation. We were very pleased with the whole process, from estimate through scheduling to the work itself.

Staff was great each time they come to do retrievals. Zero interruption to our business which was greatly appreciated.

I called Able Pest management to schedule a service for Mosquitoes. They quickly sent a technician to my home and set up a single mosquito bucket. Almost immediately we noticed that there isn’t any mosquitoes in our property. I couldn’t be happier with the quick and efficient service. Donovan, your tech was here to do spot treatment and inspection. He was very helpful with suggestions on how to detects termite damaged areas as well as his spot treatment. Checking into spot treating termite damage to our piano soon.

Best pest management company ever! Been with them for about 4 years now, their technicians are so friendly and thorough and best of all, their visits always give me peace of mind around my house, as I cannot stand bugs!!! This is the 3rd address I've been at and at all 3 (Kunia, Kapolei, and now Ewa) after we start quarterly sprays with them the roaches bugs etc are nonexistent!! Their services are a necessity in my book!!

I had Able Pest come out to our property for the first time. We recently used them for an in-law's home for ant and roach problem and were impressed. I am still impressed with their service. They treated our exterior for ants and will continue to treat every 3 months. Although we didn't see any live ants, the pest control rep Nelson was very thorough and explained how he was going to treat our plants with granules near the exterior walls and spray process. My family is so please with the service we receive from Able Pest Management. We found our dream home, unfortunately a few pests thought it was their home too. With quarterly visits the unwanted guests soon disappeared.
Able Pest Control really rose to the top of customer service when I emailed them upon discovery of a wasp nest. With in an hour of my email, a service technician showed up and took down the nest. I am so very impressed with the amazing customer service and professional service technicians.

Very dissatisfied with the service I received, the technician was nice and friendly, but ONLY really checked our attic and didn't do a walk thru of our entire home...so not sure what the $89.01 really covered. I WOULD NOT recommend the service to my friends/neighbors, as it seemed to be the old Bait and Switch. I found another company and did a MUCH better inspection and treatment plan, for a little more than half the cost. Additionally, the invoice stated, "Localized Drywood Termite Treatment"...not sure what that was...unless looking around my attic with a flashlight and taking

I would rate Able Pest Management's service as a complete disappointment. Owner, John Baraquio, does not value his customers at all.
I shared my concern with John that we have not received any updates after our initial inspection 3 months ago. Despite being told by two different technicians that they would check in with us, and calling once, we didn't hear anything from Able Pest Management until they sent an email letting us know our quarterly inspection (which we need to pay an additional fee for) was scheduled. Called around for pest control services and relied on Yelp review for this company. I was overcharged for an efficiency apartment less than 200 feet, no carpet and the technician was there less than 10 minutes. A neighbor moving out of a three bedroom house was charged $160. I tried to see if the company would re-adjust charge after presenting the fact but only offered a $25 discount. Bad business.... will not recommend to anyone.

They scheduled to see my apartment last Saturday from 12 to 2 and didn't call me until 215 to let me know they're running late. I finally had to leave at 2:45 and they called to reschedule for today between one and three. I called at 3:05 and received an answering machine twice and then finally received a phone call from the owner at 3:20. He promptly demanded to know what happened today not knowing that the appointment was missed and proceeded to raise his voice and insist to be given another chance. Two Saturdays ruined because they seemingly can't keep an appointment. Steer clear

It's been 3 weeks after treatment and have been finding numerous large, dead 747 cockroaches around the property which meant their chemicals were effective.

I still have roaches running around. I understand if there were babies because of nest but I find big ones!

The guy you performed said to call him if we still have problems, but now tells me I have to call his manager. Meh
