My roof was damaged in the tenting process and the technicians were not professional and did not take care to tread lightly on my roof. I think this company has a few good sales representatives who interact well with the client to get them to sign up for their services, then they send out a team of unprofessional, untrained staff to do the tenting process so there's definitely a disconnect between what you get. I stayed around to watch the tenting process since they came so early, so I saw it firsthand.

No show.
They call me for reschedule for January 2022, waiting for another 4 hour window and cleaned up for the cabinet for nothing.
No show.
It's typical a contractor. No show.
I know the girls name made an appointment, but I will not write her name.
2 strikes, no shows, no job.
I think this job is too big for the new company.
That's why they get C- on BBB.

I didn't not use their services but this is just a warning. One of their driver's is rude and a complaint was filed, 13 DAYS AGO. I was told the OWNER would investigate and call me since all their trucks have GPS. I gave a description and part of the license plate so I'm guessing a couple of days and someone will call back. I had to call back 3 days later, and was told "oh, we are not dine yet." If that is what their customer service dept is like, I can't imagine their work performance. Don't pay big bucks to them and get screwed, look around first and shop smart

Needed a termite inspection done. Our realtor recommended Pest Tech Hawaii, and senior pest management consultant, James. He was on time, efficient, and extremely thorough. James answered every question that I had concerning, the inspection process, explained what he was doing and looking for and also explained the different treatment options, and their effectiveness. He also recommended preventative measures that can be taken to prevent future termite problems. I would highly recommend Pest Tech Hawaii for your pest control needs.

Our bathroom was used by the worker(s) who left shoe marks on the floor and left the toilet seat up with some pee on the toilet rim. The thought of strangers using our bathroom is very offending to say the least.
On top of that some plants and pet food needed to be discarded because they put the tent where they said they would not which meant redoing our garden which was nurtured for years and buying the pet food and treats to replace the contaminated ones.
I hope they can train their workers to respect others' property but I have read similar complaints so you'd need to watch the workers

Cannot recommend PTH. Scammed.. Contracted to fumigate 2 structures. One structure was captured on surveillance camera and audio as never having been sealed or tented. Our guard asked worker if he was going to seal the structure and he said was not going to. One structure was to be tented because live termites were seen active in the roof. It was tented. Live Termites were seen still active in the roof the day the after the tent was removed & the PTH inspector confirmed there were still live termites. PTH said to wait 4 weeks for termites to die. Termites still seen active after 6 weeks. Gas

Neighbor used them to tent their house and we share a common area with a gate which Pest Tech left wide open. With how they tented the house, the gate could not be closed, which was a safety concern. I placed a small rock at the bottom of the gate to keep it closed for security and they nearly took the gate off the hinges trying to come back in. The hinge is completely bent and damaged and the gate no longer closes properly. They have no care of people's property or safety, I would definitely not use them.

If I could leave less than a star I would. Property manager contracted Pest Tech Hawaii to tent/fumigate our townhomes for termites and at this point I think it would have been better to set the fumes off myself and chance the poisoning. The workers left my backyard, which I had just got done renovating, putting in long hours of work and hundreds of dollars to finish. When I got home there were concrete edging pieces that were just pulled out from the perimeter and thrown on to my succulent garden. If I had known that they were just going to pull out the concrete edging, I would have just waited

Bryson Lampitoc has been our most trusted person for pest control at our house in Pearl City! We have mango tree's in our backyard, so during the summer, ants infest our house. After Kamaaina went down. I put out feelers for the same service. Everyone else seemed to want to take advantage of people looking for service. I have inside and outside with rodent control. I had boxes I purchased from Kamaaina. All the companies I called wanted to replace my rodent boxes for a fee of course... and wanted more money for the service I was getting before. This company must have most of Kamaaina clients. They are very reasonable and used my rodent boxes I already purchased. I don't know why the other companies would want to replace the boxes.
