Edit: 1/4/22 have raised my rating from a 1 star to a 4 star now that things have settled after our project finished on 12/13/21. We started our project in early July of 2021. It was flashing repair around our chimney, mold remediation inside where there was water leaking in, and then repairs from what they ripped out. This process had many delays and took much longer than expected and about half way through I had left a 1 star review. However, I was later contacted by Servpro and the representative did a great job working with me and with the rest of their team involved in getting things moving
