Run like the wind! As fast as feet will carry you. It has been one year to the date of our house fire. I am not calmer about the terrible, shockingly horrible, lack of expertise not by one but every single member of the office. You would be better off in rubble for a year doing it yourself then contending with this company.

I had a bad flooding a couple of weeks ago, and SunGlo came out and disinfected my basement, and brought in a large dehumidifier to take out water in everything, also pulled out all of my bad appliances and stuff from all the damage of the flood. I thank all of the teams of guys that came out to help including the owner himself thank you to Gene and his team of great hard working individuals !!!!

SunGlo was quick to respond to my insurance claim. My project manager, Bryan was very kind, understanding, informative and respectful. Tyler and Will were the first to come do work in the house. They were both very kind, informed me of what was going on along the way, and respectful. Both Bryan and Tyler made sure to let me know I could call them with any concerns. I truly felt they cared about my home and my well-being.

SunGlo came in and took care of business. The entire crew was very friendly, took time to answer questions and got the demolition done quickly. Bryan the Project Manager was on top of it all. One can tell that he is compassionate about his job. I could not have asked for a better team to take care of me. Now onto the repairs.

Sunglo came in to repair a leak that started in the roof and worked it's way down to the first floor kitchen. The repair work they did in my plaster home was amazing when done, made it look as though it were dry walled. The best part was they cleaned up so well every evening that I was able to cook in the kitchen without worrying about dust and debris in my dinner.
They were on time, polite, hard working and flexible.
I do not see how anyone could have a bad experience with this company after what I just witnessed.

Had my carpet and upholstery cleaned, today. With 3 kids and 2 large boxers, it was definitely a chore. Not only did my tech take his time and do a great job, he was personable and great with my kids and my dogs. He did a wonderful job and I will recommend them to everyone seeking carpet/upholstery cleaning! I desperately want to pull up my carpet and replace it and SunGlo made a huge difference in the cleanliness and appearance and I couldn't be happier, unless we pulled it up. I've owned my couch for 5 years and it was (I thought) ruined. SunGlo made it look brand new. Even cleaned

Our upstairs neighbor in our condo had an unfortunate inability to correctly load the dishwasher. This led to an errant fork depressing the water level sensor, which led to a dishwasher overflow and a beautiful waterfall right through our kitchen ceiling.
A leaky ceiling is probably depressing no matter what the circumstances, but our condo also had an open floor plan so that the living room, kitchen, and dining room all shared the SAME ceiling. It was obvious that after the damaged sections of ceiling were repaired, we'd also have a lot of repainting to do.
