We spent a huge amount of money to get our foundation fixed and were left with huge new cracks, uneven floors, holes in our floor, carpet cut outside the closet door, it wasn't even leveled under the carpet, and a 3 inch jacked up break in our driveway which Is a tripping hazard. (broke my elbow). They did a rush job to stay on schedule. We now need repairs to our walls , floors and driveway that will be as expensive as their foundation "repair". I would never recommend them to anyone.

I am an 84 year old retired teacher living alone on my retirement check. I live in Bay City, TX in an old house and the flooring started giving in. I hired Atlas to do the repairs under the house. That meant new beams and joists. I gave them 1/2 at the start of the project to pay them at the end if everything was done satisfactorily. The total cost was $19,488 for the job. Great Job! Professional Crew and Professional Repair. Installed screw pile & steal I-beams to raise and level my retirement cabin on a lake in Northern Minnesota. After the lake level came up and a hard winter caused footings heave and then sink.

Atlas installed a helical pier system at our cabin to address a sever foundation problem due to springs on our lot. They proposed a simple solution that worked great and has been in place for 5 years now. The quality of work was outstanding and the process left very little impact to my yard.
They came out to look at the job and provided a proposal. A foreman then came out the day before work began to check out the site and told me the work would take a little less time than they originally estimated because of some prep work I did in advance. When the job was completed, Atlas adjusted the bill

I didn't get any work done by Atlas, but just had to leave a review to note how professional and honest Shelton is! We had him come by to evaluate our crawlspace under a house we just bought. He could have made up a million little things we needed to buy, services to purchase, but he did not. He was extremely honest and told us the crawlspace looked great and needed no work.
Shelton arrived right on time, was in and out super fast, and was extremely professional. We will definitely be getting in touch with Atlas for any foundation or crawlspace needs in the future!

Albers Design is an architectural and interior design firm. We construct most of your own projects. We specified helical pier foundations for an addition, screened porch and deck and recommended our client contract with Atlas to install the 8 footings. Total time on site was 5 1/2 hours. No damage to turf, sprinkler system or piles of dirt. Photos are 2 days after install.

When I made the appt. for a free estimate, I asked what the procedure was regarding Covid hygiene, as I we were compromised and we had stayed home to prevent and contact of Covid for the past 6 months. They assured me they would come with gloves, mask and booties. When the worker showed up, his mask was hanging below his nose and when I asked him to please put on booties, his attitude came through. We had to have two helical piers installed for our elevated four season porch given our clay soil that couldn't support the concrete footings & were sinking. The helical piers were driven down nearly 40 ft to bedrock and the base was cut downtdown the size of our new posts after they were installed. Atlas was very responsive & professional and worked with us to get them installed quickly. We were a smaller job for them and didn't have prior experience with this kind of work, so we appreciated their patience & assistance walking us through what needed to be done. Hopefully, we won't need them again

Before we purchased our 20-year-old home in Washington County, the Atlas folks came out and gave us a price on completely replacing the foundation under a large suspended porch; the stability of this porch had become badly compromised by a damaged drainage system from the house itself. After our sale was closed, they came back out to our home with some heavy machinery, removed the old posts and footings, and put in a major pier system to support the porch. Windows that couldn't be easily opened prior to the work are now in square and fully functional.. The Atlas people did the work in a timely

Atlas Foundation Company did an amazing job on our project in western greater MN. We had them put in helicals up to 55 ft. deep and the pad will support 450 kip. They were professional and easy to work with from the start of the project to the final installation. I would use them again and would highly recommend them for high capacity foundations.

I am writing this review in hopes that no one else has the issues I have been dealing with for over a year by Atlas foundation. After speaking with many foundation contractors to correct my foundation issues,I finally decided on Atlas Foundation - what a mistake!
I hired atlas foundation to fix my foundation and replace the plumbing under the house...what a mistake!after they finished the original job, i had to call them back for warranty work and that is when the over a year long nightmare started..they put poly to supposedly fix the problem and it only caused more problems..it has literally split

I recently bought a house in missourri and the seller gave us a copy that the house was done by atlas in 2018 with lifetime guarantee and transferable . When we called Atlas they told me the guarantee is void because the transfer should be done within 90 days from the purchase date. This is ridiculous because a house is not going to move Anywhere the guarantee of the work is for the house not the owner . We have a house I. Dickinson and when we bought it the transferred was easy and no fee required. If you need a foundation use Du west don't use Atlas. This company need to be reported to Bb

I discovered water leaking up thru my foundation at my kitchen sink drain line, indicating a line break under the foundation. My research concluded that tunneling under the foundation would be a better repair option than busting through our nice wood floors. So I call around for estimates from companies who do "tunneling" jobs like this. Of the 4 I contacted, Atlas was the only biz that didn't demand $200-250 up front for testing/inspection BEFORE they would quote me a price. I eventually begged those companies for a "best guess" estimate, and they were all higher

Enter Eric Ewing: he called to confirm the appointment, showed up exactly on time, and started work immediately. After thoroughly examining our house and foundation, inside and out, he told us that it wasn't the problem. Then went on to explain the probable cause and how to fix it. What a relief!

Very disappointed in the Atlas team's ability to coordinate and schedule a simple appointment. Two separate incidents and they both resulted in us waiting around with the homeowner for communication.
I had called to confirm my appointment the day before, and received verbal confirmation that it had been written down in the schedule book. The contractor did not show up to the appointment and it was because it had been "squeezed in"? We had scheduled it three days prior and when I was scheduling it, I distinctly remember the scheduler saying that the entire Friday morning was open

Contacted several foundation repair companies in the Houston area and ended up deciding on Atlas Foundation Repair. One of the issues pointed out to me by Atlas Foundation was that I had a possible sewer line leak. The repairman performing the test, Carlos Torres, was very professional and informative about what needed to be done to make my sewer system leak proof.
