I've been having an issue with my garage door’s cables tangled for a couple of weeks (clueless, obviously) so decided I should look into having that fixed because it was annoying and one side kept preventing the door from closing without leaving an annoying gap. So I called VA Garage Doors and within a couple of hours Franky came to investigate my issue (by the way, Franky was patient, kind and knowledgeable) and quickly determined and pointed out to me that my door spring was broken and that's what was causing the cables to become loose and tangled. The tech was fast and quick response. Called this morning and he was at my house in the afternoon. He gave me two estimates: one for the specific repair I called him for and another for his suggestion for additional maintenance to replace worn rollers, etc. He defined the alternatives clearly and with their cost estimates. I chose to have him perform the garage repair and the maintenance. Happy with his workmanship.
