Told me about some maintenance that I should do, and since he was already knocking things out, I told him to go ahead with the maintenance. Would use again without hesitation. Sean was easy to work with. He arrived when he said he was going to be here. He inspected both doors and stepped me through the work that needed to be done. Before proceeding, he provided me with a written estimate, then completed the work before leaving. The problems we were having are gone, and both inits are running much better than before he arrived.

The installer arrived on time and finished the installation quickly and showed the basics of the garage opener and helped me program the outside keypad. Also, installed new rollers and now our garage door opens super quiet.

My issue was not with the actual work performed it was, the lack of overall diligence. The repair was for the door springs which he did a satisfactory job, however the belt that drives the system was so damaged that it actually broke shortly after the new springs were installed. I feel a good technician should have noticed that and pointed it out. After all his face was 6 inches away from the very damaged very deteriorated belt. Instead the belt broke and could have caused damage to a vehicle or even personal injury. When I called to inform him of the Issue, he just blew it off and his excuse was

Shawn was awesome. He came out to help us with our new construction home garage door. We did not have any mechanical system installed and he was able to install a Chamberlain very quickly. Clearly, he has done this before and has tons of experience. He came with all tools, had familiarity with the product and worked like a machine to get the garage door up and running. Absolutely the best in customer service. I have an old garage door and the spring snapped yesterday on Friday I called this morning Saturday after looking up a local company in my area he answered right away told me he'll be here in 25 minutes and he did he had the parts great and reasonable price. He also did a free tuneup and evaluation.
Great personality happy to refer him to everyone I know with a garage door because he never took advantage of the situation being on the weekend.

My garage door spring broke last week I called a lot of places to get a quote everywhere I called I got ridiculous quotes and some actually offered to replace my whole garage door which I didn't need. Than I was referred to this company. They service guy showed up in 45 mnts and gived a quote which I could not refuse it was less than half of what some of the other guys quoted. He fixed it in less than 30 mnts.
