Sam is an avid traveler, rock climber, and private pilot in his free time. Alisha handles all things admin - from billing and bookkeeping to managing our contracts with rental companies and apartment complexes. When she's not busy at the office, she works as a functional movement specialist and yoga instructor in Post Falls.

After a formal introduction your technician will start off by asking you to show them which pieces of furniture you would like cleaned.
Just like vacuuming is important to keeping a clean home and prolonging the life of your carpet, mopping is a great way to keep your floors healthy in between cleanings. You can never be quite sure what to expect when a new service provider comes into your home, however I was absolutely blown away with Crazy Clean when they came to do our upholstery cleaning. They were super upfront with me that they may not be able to get all the stains out of my 10+ year old couch, but can I tell you what? It looks like brand new! I was planning to buy a new couch in the near future, but the old one looks so good now, I'm in no hurry. Sam and his staff were on time, friendly, professional, and did a fantastic job. I'm thrilled with the befores and afters! And their reasonable

What a great job! They arrived early, provided a fair quote before beginning, and the results are amazing (I specifically didn’t realize how dirty our area rugs and sofa were!) They cleaned our puppy’s potty stains from our carpet, a wine stain and overall pet dander (we have three dogs.) And our house smells amazing now to boot! I highly recommend Crazy Clean and I will absolutely use them again next year!

So I first had Sam/Randall come out and clean our 1,200sq ft carpet last week, with five years of entertaining and hosting several events here and having an off white/white carpet, I honestly didn't believe it would ever look the same again...
Boy was I wrong! leave to theses guys! they were also very careful will the walls and belongings in the house. Also very professional, on time and pretty fast but efficient.
So, because of there amazing talent, I had them do my 1,300sq ft tile floor. and this time I did a before and after photo. Look at the the grout lines! they're white again!!
