The cleaning technician, a professional, very thorough young lady, did one of the best jobs on our carpets that we’ve possibly ever had done. She was personable, knowledgeable and determined to do the cleaning to a complete satisfaction. She has pride in her work and brought great joy of spirit, a bonus for sure. I hope the owners know a “keeper” when they find one and take VERY good care of them to assure longevity with their company. We’ll ask for her again in the future. Their prices are realistic and fair, unlike many of their competitors, which also will keep us for the long-term.

Ben Davis called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way and arrived on time. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and did an excellent job cleaning/sanitizing my sectional and recliner. I haven’t seen my furniture look this clean since I purchased it over a decade ago. I love that the company does not use any harsh chemicals so it’s safe for everyone. I would highly recommend this company!

She also was the one who came to clean the carpets, going above and beyond with special hand treatment of the thresholds, stairs, and thorough cleaning of carpets. OMG....I have a WHITE couch that had been destroyed by 4 dogs. I seriously expected them to come out and tell me "there's no hope for it". Tyson cleaned this corner couch which cushions were sewed on and as I watched, it was like he had a giant eraser and the dirt just came right off. I am super impressed with the job and now am looking at them doing my carpet as well.

Bob the master Technician was early, which I appreciated. He measured and gave me a better price than all the other estimates. He told me not to pre-vacuum when I scheduled saving me some work on the move out. I am glad to give my business to a Veteren and active Reservist. My carpet looked new and smelled like fresh oranges. Much better than stinky dog hair. He even gave me a granola bar when I told him I had skipped lunch to meet him. In two hours he was done and the carpet was slightly damp. Coeur d'Alene Chem dry with Bob is totally the way to go!
