Most people are not aware that regular maintenance of their tankless water heateris required by the manufacturer in order to MAINTAIN THE WARRANTY of the unit. Most warranties do not protect against failure due to calcium buildup, so you need to have proof that this cause can be ruled out in case the tank fails for some other reason and you want coverage.
At Frontier Plumbing we believe in giving back to our local community. Over the years, we have donated time, materials and plumbing expertise to many community service projects. Frontier is honored to participate in the St. Jude Dream Homes in Bakersfield. We have completed three homes that have been raffled off as a fundraiser for this incredible cause.

My experience is from the inside. As an ex employee of Frontier. I have nothing but admiration and positive feedback on they're organization and efficiency, superb example of how a company should run. Plus on a personal level as a new comer to California from Texas they gave me an opportunity. Now I got my own company. But all I can say is THANKS!!!!

My hot water heater went out this weekend. Called the manufacture and they gave me Frontier's number and told me they would ship out the part next day. Called Frontier and they told me they could be out within a couple of hours and they had the parts in stock! That I could just drop off the part being sent to me later on. I was so shocked and grateful! Romaldo showed up on time and was very fast and efficient! Within hours I have a working hot water heater! That is good customer service! I know who I will be contacting if I ever need a plumber again!
