PieCon Plumbing was started in 2005 by Scooter Lusk. Scooter began PieCon Plumbing with 18 years of experience in all aspects of plumbing construction. He began as a plumber's helper for a local plumbing contractor in the summer of 1987 after graduating from Bakersfield High School.
He was a fast learner and quickly gained the knowledge and experience to become a Journeyman Plumber in 1990 eventually moving into a Foreman/Estimator position in 1999.He always had aspirations of more and to Scooter that meant owning his own business. In 2003 he left his employment to start PieCon Plumbing.
Scooter was fortunate enough to have the opportunities which helped him acquire a variety of job skills in the plumbing industry and was ready to embark on this adventure. PieCon Plumbing started with the goal of providing quality work and maintaining long term customer relationships and strives to remain that way today.

Services
Pie Con Plumbing must initiate and maintain such programs as may be necessary to provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials, and equipment by designated competent persons. The employer must instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and in the regulations applicable to his work environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury.
