Bottom line: unprofessional, not responsive, poor products.
Back story: Scott is likeable, so that's why I tried to avoid writing a review. I gave him six months to resolve a problem he said he could easily resolve. His team did a great job sanding, staining and sealing our wood floors. Though he seemed a bit scattered, he was enjoyable to work with. Within a couple of weeks after finishing the job, the floors started to peal. He came to our home in December (it took a few weeks to get him to come over) he acknowledged his product was not durable enough and he could easily put down a much stronger
