Mike at Rugworks is awesome! After walking into his beautiful showroom I selected new vinyl flooring. We had seen the ad of Facebook marketplace for remnants. Dean had responded back to me quickly advising me of what they may have in our color. We stopped down Saturday morning to look around. I told Mark that Dean had sent me a quote for a 12 x 15 remant. There wasn't any hard sell to push new carpet on us. Mark was very helpful and had the time and patience to show us what he did have. We found a nice carpet and brought it home and I installed it. It looks great! It is a very nice quality rug and the color is perfect. Thank you for your help and will defiinetly recommend your store to others.

We didn’t want to spend a lot of money and we found exactly what we wanted in a remnant rug at Rug Works but the size was too small. Mike made it the right size for us by adding more of the same rug to it from a separate piece of remnant. It was perfect and we got it for a very reasonable price. Mike bonded the edges of the rug for us and you could not see the seams where the additional rug was added at all. In addition Mike and the other staff at the store were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be going back to Rug Works and we highly recommend them with confidence.

We chose Rugworks because they took care of us from the beginning to the end. Mike helped me in the office pick out a vinyl floor with all the different selections & even let me take a sample home to show my husband. The quality in our floor is the absolute best. We decided on vinyl because of the durability & the softer option for our kids. Dean helped us along the way & we even ended up buying our baseboards from them because they’re prices are also the best in town. We absolutely love our new floors!!

Mike, Dean and Warren did a fantastic job for us. We found the perfect carpet for our newly painted staircase at a great price. Measurements, quotes, fabrication, scheduling and installation were timely and professional. The entire experience was enjoyable. Great products. Mike is very honest and helpful. I searched multiple stores and his prices were the best around. I purchased flooring and some transition pieces. I didn't like the transition strips so Mike took them back without any hesitation. I'm going back to purchase more flooring. I highly recommend this local family owned business!

We had an excellent experience having new vinyl plank floors and baseboards installed in the lower level of our home by Rugworks. The customer service by Warren and Dean before the install was great! I felt very valued. They answered my questions, addressed my concerns, brought additional samples so I could get a better idea of the colors. The pricing was very reasonable. They worked around my schedule for install and were done in only 2 days! Marco and his install team were very efficient and detailed. The new floors and baseboards are beautiful!

Amazing service from Nancy and her husband to make sure we received the nicest custom made area rugs for our condo. Nancy spent hours with us going through many samples which we then took home. Everything looks great and was very affordable for custom area rugs. My wife and I shopped all over for these rugs and could not find a better deal anywhere. Do yourself a favor and save time by going to Rug-Works first and speaking to Nancy.
