Often one can tell a lot about someone's character or business principals under adverse circumstances. This company clearly displayed their integrity when my job did not go well. On Nov. 3 I had a garage floor completed. Unfortunately, by Nov 11 the floor started to delaminate (parts of the floor were coming up). I reached out to them and without hesitation and with no excuses they sent someone out to examine the floor and determined they needed to completely redo the job. We had the floor of our carport resurfaced . The salesman was on time polite friendly. Exclaimed procedure and product perfectly. The installers were on time friendly and went to work like little ants. Our floor is finished and beautiful all of our neighbors remark on how nice it is

Nancy (sales consultant) was very nice and took her time with me. She answered my many questions and took plenty of pictures and narrated a video to show the installation team. I had to wait a few weeks before installation which was fine and the installation team reviewed the scope of work prior to starting and it was very obvious that they watched Nancy's videos. Overall a great initial experience. After the installation, I did notice quite a few EXTREMELY SHARP spots on the floor where my son nearly cut himself. I have since put a piece of painters tape over these spots so we can visually see

We signed the contract with Freddie to resurface our screened patio floor. He set the date for the job about 3-weeks ahead and their crew showed up right on time. They were done by 1:00pm and did a beautiful job!
We were able to walk on the floor by 6:00pm, but didn’t replace the fountain or furniture until the next day. We just Love the finished product!

First day they went to the wrong town. Had to reschedule. True, I gave them the street address without the town, but you'd think if more than one town appeared when they GPS'd it, they'd confirm the one I'm in. They went to Pompano, I'm in Boca. We rescheduled for the next day. The day of the appointment Nancy, the salesperson, called me 15 minutes AFTER our scheduled time to tell me she was running late. And that's only after I texted her. Totally unacceptable. Sure, things happen, but you call the customer/client before the scheduled time if you're running behind

I am so excited to get my new floor garage floor installed, Nancy Birnbaum from 24hourfloor.com was product knowledgeable, she showed up on time, the price was very reasonable and I'm very excited to get the product installed. She called to confirm the night before to confirm her appointment. Nancy had a great presentation of polyria product I'm so happy I went with this instead of epoxy.
