BEWARE - ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES - The salesperson, Kamil, never mentioned their extreme policy while I was in the store or on the phone placing my order. VERY BAD BUSINSS PRACTICE!
I went into the store with a tile from another shop and found what I thought was a close match. Sadly, the color of the actual tile is so different that I am writing it off as a loss and starting over. What a shame! Don't make the same mistake I made - buy a sample first! Or better still, go to another store with a normal return policy - there are tons to choose from in the area.

It was not a smooth process completing our bathroom renovation with some tile installation issues along the way . But Mark responded to our concern and rectified the problem readily. Overall we were satisfied with the result and how well the large format tile in the shower turned out to be.

STAY AWAY!!! they lie, overcharge and when they make mistakes instead of correcting them, they lie to your face and absolutely don't want to help. Also much pricier than big stores but not better quality!

This place is awesome! I'm a designer and found a really great place to buy tile!!! I drive half hour but it's worth it! Rene is so polite and helpful. They don't hassle me because I have a medical exempt and cannot wear a mask ... thank god, it allows me to do my job.
They gave a great selection and their prices are better than other places I've used!!

DO NOT SHOP AT THIS DISREPUTIBLE AND DISHONEST STORE!!!! If I could give no stars I would!! The one good thing I can say about this store is that they have a wonderful selection of tile but that's where the positive ends! We bought tiles for our bedroom and after bringing home the sample (which was a very consistent color) we ordered 600sq ft. When the product came in it was bulk wrapped and it wasn't until we got it home and unwrapped it that we saw how different the tiles were from the sample and how irregular and varied the colors were (not just a little different but totally different

Flooring World does not stand behind their product. Tiles began to crack just a few weeks after my shower installation. I used the recommended, very expensive grout and highly skilled tile installers to do the job. A service representative from the manufacturer came to look at the job. He stated that there was a problem in the factory where these Tesoro glass tiles were produced and in fact they were defective. He reported back to Mark, the owner of at Flooring World, who passed the blame around and refused to stand behind his product. The tile continued to crack for many months and I am left with

My wife and I had a terrible experience with this store, especially the owner who delivered to us tiles that were of lower quality than the sample tile we received from them. Furthermore, when we went to the store to understand what happened, the owner's treatment was very rude. He literally yelled at us and refused any kind of accommodation claiming that tile quality is not his responsibility .. and that he will not take any returns!! And that I should pursue any complaints with the distributor, not him! The distributor said, understandably, that he delivered what the store ordered from him

My husband and I stumbled upon this store when shopping for a vanity for our bathroom. Howard was amazingly patient and helpful. We ordered 2 towel towers and ended up only needing one. There were no issues with our return. We also purchased a toilet, which we ended up needing a different one and again, there were no issues exchanging it. I recommend this store!

I was renovating my bathroom and decided to shop around outside of the big box stores in hopes of finding some unique tiles. I stopped in at Flooring World and, in fact, I did find some tiles that I liked. I made the order, paid it in full, and waited for it to arrive. Once the installer looked at the tile and began the design he told me that the band of glass tiles I bought won't work with the design. I immediately called the store and spoke with the owner. THANKS to Mark and the rest of the shop for coming to the rescue. I had hired a contractor to install my tile bought here----and had issues. When I brought my concerns to Mark, he came to my house ( which he didn't have to do ) to check things out and made suggestions on how to proceed. I hired Marks guys who repaired/replaced the mess I had and gave me a GREAT end product I can be proud of. Customer Service is a hard business ( I'm in it as well ) but Mark delivered----and then some. Can't say enough about the GEAT selection, and follow through. THANKS Mark........

Rude rude rude. The owner is one of the most obnoxious rude people I have ever dealt with. I felt bad for her employees as she treats them poorly too. I spent thousands of dollars there. A mistake of about $50 was made on an incorrect order. I was not concerned about the small amount of money. However I was stunned by the owners behavior. South Florida has many options of places to buy. I would strongly recommend choosing a different store to shop at.

I am remodeling my kitchen and powder room and looked everywhere for unusual backsplash and bath vanity-Wandered into flooring World in Pompano and after visiting at least 12 other stores and days and days online found both a vanity and gorgeous backsplash I have not seen anywhere !

I'm taking the time to write this review because my porcelain Espresso wood tile that I purchased from Flooring World looks remarkable in my new home. Not only did they give me a price that none of the other tile competitor's could match, but my tile installer Franicsco who is a professional for over 25 years said this was one of the best tile products---it came directly from Spain. The consistency of each tile color and shape made my floors impeccable. I called Ronnie to tell him that my floors have made the entire home and I didn't have any waste! I totally agree with the first review. I just wished i read it before i bought from them! My story is almost too long to tell. Basically i got a really good deal on cabinets from them. Signed invoice and thought all was good. Come delivery the sales person told me that they didnt have the size i ordered but could replace with other cabinets. I said fine as i was on tight schedule. Then cabinets came and they gave me 2 wrong ones. The sale guys fixed it immediately so i thought no big deal. But when it came time to pay the balance, i was told i owed $1000 more than my invoice showed. Mark the owner
