Rob, Becky and their staff are professional in their approach to the business and consistently deliver the results, that pool owners want!

After being thoroughly disappointed with another pool company, we decided to give Crystal Clear a shot to service our pool and soon after, do some major upgrades and renovations. They have quickly become the only pool company we will use going forward. Rob is great. He’s knowledgeable, polite and responsive. He and his team know their stuff and do what needs to be done to solve a problem. Last year they did an excellent job installing new lights in our pool. The pool had to be open through the fall to accommodate the construction, which led to some accumulation of leaves, ultimately staining

Crystal Clear is an outstanding business.They did a full mechanical rebuild for me with precision and alway maintaining respect when working in my basemement as all the spa controls are Down there.They replaced 2 heaters, pumps and installed full automation and installed new waterfall edging.A good size job.I was very Pleased with Mark as he was at all times professional, knowledgeable and communicated constantly .I hired a company first that was already taking care of our gunite pool and spa when I purchased my home.So I basically just gave them the job.Im glad they called and said they couldn’t

I expect things to be done right. I have worked with machinery and tools my whole life. I just purchased a house with a pool and your company opened it for me last week. Even with all the research I have done on maintaining and how they operate I still have a lot of questions. My pump went out one week later. So what size pump do I get. Do I keep the the same size and what brand Etc. Mark got back to me with this in a few hours of my questions. Gave me some different options with their pros and cons. I decided to go with the variable speed pump which he highly recommended. The only downside to

Contacted for a liner issue via email. Received email back and then a phone call stating would stop over by end of week . two weeks go by and no calls no show. Of course now no one returns your messages.
If in southtowns go with zappia pools. After giving up hope with these guys I contacted them. Great communication and showed up when they said which seems simple but guess not.
