We have installed hundreds of pool covers, but the only cover we sell and install is the LOOP-LOC(R) safety pool cover. We believe in the best and care about our customers' safety. As a certified LOOP-LOC dealer, we will meticulously measure your pool, inform you of the different options you have and expertly install the cover.
Smiley Pool Service has been providing pool care consultation and performing opening/closings since we've owned our pool. Nothing was done right. They should be
Embarrassed to have taken my money on the spot. I’m still working on the opening after they left 3 days ago.

I scheduled an appt 2 weeks ago for today between 9-10 at 1030 they still weren't here so i called lady who answered phone said I was 1st one on list and they should of been here she will call and find out where they are and call me back but if they are busy they don't answer the phone its now 2pm no call back and they won't answer the phone

Not pleased at all. We reacheduled appointment and got confirmation and they still showed up and started doing pool. I had no idea until I looked out the window. They didnt vaccum my pool, didnt test water or wait for pool to fill up to finish the job. We spent $300 today for very unprofessional work. Very disapointed and I want my money back or these guys to come back and finish the job. This is our first year and new home with inground pool and this is what we get. Very unprofessional company still waiting for call and issue to be corrected. Not happy.

Good, efficient service. They opened and closed my pool this year and were very professional the entire time, following appropriate COVID-19 precautions relative to the work they were doing while still moving quickly. I was very pleased with their work and their attention to detail.
I will definitely be using them for pool openings and closings in the future!

After showing up on Tuesday he guaranteed my pool would be crystal clear by the following Tuesday. After the pool started to clear by Sunday the pool was completely green again. I asked him why he didn’t follow up with me on the status of my pool he told me do I think he should call all 300 of his clients
And for $130 a week he would try to correct it
Don’t use them! He was condescending on the phone and I wasted my money
He doesn’t deserve one star

Excellent service! My husband and I recently purchased a property and we both thought the inground pool was going to need a complete overhaul. Paul was unbelievably informative and gave us invaluable knowledge. He calmed all of the anxiety we had about opening the pool and caring for it. We'll be calling him again with all of our pool needs and again this season to close. Highly recommended!

We have had such a great experience with Smiley Pool Service. We moved to the area last year and he helped us to clean up the pool at our new place and also get one more year out of the old heater. This year he helped us find a new heater and took care of the whole installation. When we decided to put on a new diving board and slide he handled that as well. He takes care of opening, closing, and weekly cleanings. He's friendly and has great prices. We have zero complaints. Highly recommend.
