Cleaning your chimney on a regular basis will help to keep your home free of allergens, dirt and creosote. Dirt buildup can block your chimney's flue, causing smoke to back up into your home and make your fireplace noxious. Excessive creosote can potentially ignite and cause an uncontrolled fire hazard.

Purchased a gas insert fire place from here and had them carry out the install, two guys came to the house and were very professional and installed the insert perfectly, and done it fast. We love the new fireplace! We also purchased the fireplace mantel from here also! Love how everything turned out.

I hired them to clean the exhaust pipe and woodturning stove in my place in Cazadero.
During the cleaning, one of the guys dropped and broke a piece of the soapstone hearth liner pieces. The main hood piece to be exact.
The gentleman apologized and said they would replace the damaged piece and he glued the broken one together for use in the meantime.
Before leaving, to my surprise, they charged my credit card for the cleaning.
I waited several days, expecting to hear from them regarding replacing the damaged hood. But no contact. So I decided to call and check the status.

Highly recommend this service. They return calls right away, and she was really great about working with what time and day works best for me. Curtis called to say he was ahead of schedule and could be to my house 1/2 early and he was right on time like he said. He got the job done and cleaned up He showed me all the photos he took and the repairs or areas that needed a touch up with the cost it would be to repair. Never made me feel pressured that it had to be done by them. He forwarded me all the photos and list of each suggestions of what should be fixed. Thank you super sweeps.

My heat/furnace was out. The fireplace was in great need is cleaning, too Smokey to use. I called several companies. Prices varied greatly and most places could not come for several days. Brrrr.
Super Sweeps was able to come sooner and even called to schedule a day earlier as they had a cancellation. Two technicians came in time. One cleaned the fireplace and chimney and the other did the chimney inspection. He was professional, cordial, and did a great thorough job and pricing was fair.

Just completed my first project with Super Sweeps. I have a 1970s house with a chimney and fireplace that had been neglected by previous owners. The initial estimator came out, gave me a comprehensive estimate for several different items. He gave me an idea of what should be prioritized. Also gave me some good advice on other aspects of the fireplace redesign etc... Today we had the first phase of work done which is the priority items. The technician was punctual, courteous, protected my wood floor and did a great job. Highly recommend these guys.

Really enjoyed service by Super Sweeps for my fireplace and cleaning dryer vent. Team was efficient, on time, and fast. They explained what was needed really well and did not rush the job. I got the report I needed for my Fireplace at the time of the service. I appreciated that they did not up-sell me. Super Sweeps were significantly cheaper than other companies that I checked and they do give a nice Yelp discount. Would definitely use again.

Was looking for a company to clean the fireplace and found Super Sweeps using Yelp (what did we do before Yelp?) They showed up on time, laid plastic down in the house so no mess was made while walking, and explained what would be in the report. There are some maintenance issues but no pressure on getting those tended to and stated it was safe to use. When we decide to do the additional work we will definitely give Super Sweeps a call!

James d a great job under some tough circumstances. The home I have is old and as we dug deeper into the job the old work and masonry proved to be an issue. James stuck with it..i almost gave him a four star but the delays we had were mostly busy season and rain...uncontrollable for him. He finished the work well and then negotiated a fair change in price.

I just moved into a new place, and the previous owner had not used the fireplace in 12 years. Home inspection noted a crack in the refractory wall. I had called another company, and, well, I was underwhelmed with the phone conversation. Or their pricing.

We have a free-standing fireplace in our living room. It hasn't worked as long as I have lived here and I finally had enough. I called Super Sweeps to have it checked out and hopefully get it working again. The quality of service was excellent, and I feel that the estimate we were given was fair and we weren't going to get overcharged to get our fireplace repaired.
