Top of the line professionalism. Enrique took his time to review the duct work and air handler before seeing the ac unit itself or talking numbers. He filmed and gave commentary of the problems happening in the attic and the possible repairs that would fix the problem for better air flow. Sold my wife and I allow on the presentation but also provided transparency that the repairs may or may not work and we/they wouldn't know until the ac unit was running continuously. Duct work had to be replaced nonetheless and Quality HVAC is going to take care of that along with the new unit.

Manny came to repair my air conditioner. It took several procedures and he finally replaced my new motor. It seems to be doing the trick. He also put in a new thermostat . Mine was 21 years old so it was time. He was pleasant and easy to work with; answered all my questions, and there were a lot, until I understood. I would recommend this company and this tech unconditionally!!!

Asked A Quality to check out our AC as it would rev up and rev back down without coming on at times, but the AC would kick on as needed. Manny Celaya was the technician and appeared to do a good job, according to my roommate, as I was not home at the time. The one disturbing thing from the visit is that Manny asked if our parrot was for sale. He asked not once, but twice. The first time was rude and inappropriate; the second was criminal. What a joy to work with A Quality HVAC. Our experience was excellent from the first day that John came out and inspected and triaged the issue. Turns out that the condenser has failed in one of our two units. I was given3 options by John all of which he explained very well. We opted to replace the entire unit since it was up there in age. A crew of 3 professionals headed by Steven Martino came out and did an excellent job with the installation. This was verified by John when he came yesterday to inspect the quality of work performed by Steven and crew. All our questions were answered with honesty

One of my A/C units went out. I hired another local company to come out. The tech started the repair, and said I needed an extensive repair, and quoted me anywhere from $500 to $1,500 to get it running again. I wanted a second opinion, hired A Quality HVAC, and they came out within 2 hours. They sent out their service tech Chase. First off, he was extremely polite and courteous. Chase diagnosed our situation, did a small rewire, and replaced a small fuse. My A/C works great, and they saved me hundreds of dollars. I will use A Quality for all my future HVAC needs, and I certainly recommend you do

Not the cheapest I found out there, but chose them because they were the most professional and transparent and I wasn't disappointed. Loved John Carey. My heater was blowing cold air. I knew it would be bad as the unit is 15 years old. I'm in a terrible position. Just widowed and laid off off work. He fixed it due to my circumstances from the owner for no charge. Made me cry even more. They are angels. Im truly blessed. I will see if the city has a program. If they do I'm recommending this company to do the job! I will be forever grateful!!

Our air conditioning stopped with a bang last night and Manny, a company technician, was here by noon on a Saturday. Had them come out to do routine service on our 2 1/2 year old Trane systems before the summer hits. The technician was very professional, used his protective gear for COVID 19 precautions, and did a thorough job checking out and cleaning our units. Price was competitive as well. It is clear why they have great reviews (why I chose them!).

I contacted this company for a routine AC check before the summer heat. The technician came out and told me my compressor was going bad. I told him that I had it replaced 3 years ago. He then told me that The AC leaking free-on and that when they changed my compressor(3 yrs ago)they didn't fix the real problem the Free-on leak so now my compressor is bad again. I have had 2 AC Services before this company and none of the techs told me I had a leak and or that my compressor was going bad. How did this company know that 3 years ago I had a free-on leak??? Then they gave me quotes to fill with

Few years ago we had a small ac fire our insurance company sent out an adjuster and a big name hvac company to give me a song and dance trying to tell me that my outside unit is blown and needs to be replaced with one of their high end systems including a attic Hp. I was skeptical remembered a company that attended same church so we called. The next day a tech came out and informed us we did not need a new unit but our fan motor is bad and it would only be around 300. My brother initially referred us to A Quality HVAC Services and we totally can understand why! Our technician, Robert was very timely and more importantly, very professional! He explained to me the specific steps that he was going to take to assess the problem and after determining the issue, he would resolve it. He had our air conditioning running again in a matter of no time! Lastly, but certainly not least, the price point was exceptional! GREAT SERVICE. I was desperate for a second opinion. I got an immediate response and great customer service. I especially like the way they send a pic of the technician before arriving. I am so happy I called! I hate that you just can't trust people now a days. The last company was horrible and tried to charge me $500 for a part I didn't need (I wrote a YELP review for them too). This company charged $59 for an initial inspection, fixed my problem and gave me great advice. Living in AZ is tough! Everyone needs a good reputable AC company to call. I had my AC go out around 11pm. We had my daughters birthday party scheduled with a bunch of kids staying the night so I needed someone out quick!
