So, I know the rumors that all dealerships are trying to rob you, but if you show a little patience and are nice to people, just sometimes they will come through for you. Today, I walked away with my 2021 Fullsize Ford Bronco that I ordered over 6 months ago. In fact this is the 3rd time I have been to this dealership in 4 years to buy a car. Not only did they work with me, they went way out of their way to answer questions I had about my vehicle, work on my financing and at one point had several people working to get me the APR % I so desperately was working towards. I had been looking to purchase a Mustang for my oldest son. After going to four different dealerships and four negative experiences we almost gave up and were considering a different Vehicle. My Son called me and said that his buddy just got a car from Huntington Beach Ford and he was really happy, I Asked him for the name of the sales associate and he said his name is Tony Shaw.
We called Tony first before going down there and I got a positive vibe from him right off the bat and then went to see him and we’re really glad we did.
All I can say is I wish every salesperson was as cool as him

Pretty bad customer service and greed. I emailed, texted and called regarding a Maverick Special Order that should have been cancelled by a customer, but they decided to keep it to add to their inventory (this is not right). I was hoping to make a deal on this and they would not respond or just push me around people. Finally spoke with John Morgan, who I am guessing is the person in charge of special order, who told me that there will be a *slight* market adjustments of $10K for a special order vehicle. I have a very bad experience in this place, especially the dealer,
I have bought the Ford Mustang Mach E 2021 for almost 3 weeks, and I have been ripped off.
First, they said it can go up to 270 miles but in reality is only 208 for a first-time charge and it is now a maximum of 190 miles (100% capacity)
For Co-pilot 360 assist 2.0 support to have Intelligent adaptive cruise control but my car doesn't have it.
The self-parking is not working.
He said it has the sunroof but it does not.
I come to their place multiple times (more than 5) but the thing they can do is try to push responsible to

This review supposed to be 1 star cause of my bad experience with the finance and the service department but after I met roz and Alex the sales manager I decided to be fair and honest. Unfortunately the market is crazy and the prices not the best during to the chip shortage and the low inventory. But the way Roz and Alex handled the situation is more than enough and I’m totally satisfied and will be life time customer even I’m not big fan of ford lol .

I went to Huntington Beach Ford to inquire about buying the car I leased three years ago. I told Alex (the person who was helping me at that time) I have approval letter from Credit Union and I asked him to get me lease buy out paper so I can provide that to my Credit Union. He said, you have to go thur Ford Credit and there is no other options. Ford like to retain the lease and the purchase loan in Ford credit. Then I provide him my information and ask me if I have my insurance information. I told him in the car which my car getting service at that time. He left and came back with my insurance

Came here because it was one of the only places in CA that had the model and style truck we wanted! (This was during the huge microchip shortage in mid 2021)
Had a smooth experience with both sales and finance people I talked with; my only complaint was that it still took almost 4hrs (including two test drives) to complete all the paperwork and finally drive off the lot.
Part of that is my fault because of how easy everyone is to talk to- more than a few times I found myself off topic. They explained all the features and helped set up my phone apps with the truck also.
Overall a solid experience
