DO NOT BUY CARS FROM HERE. FIRST THING TO ASK IS IF THEY BOUGHT THE CAR FROM AN AUCTION. SECOND CHECK THE SELL HISTORY OF THE CAR. I HAD TO GO CHECK MY SMOG ON MY CAR AND FOUND OUT THAT THEY HAD PUT A DIFFERENT EXHAUST ( NO NOT LOUD). WHEN I CALLED THE DEALER BACK AFTER HAVING THE CAR AFTER TWO 1/2 YEARS THEY SPILLED THE BEANS ON EVERYTHING AND THEIR RESPONSE WHEN ASKING FOR THE CORRECT "MOD VIN'' THEY SAID THEY DIDNT KNOW HOW TO FIND IT OR HELP ME OUT THEY JUST ''SALE CARS FROM AUCTIONS''.

The man (who apparently works for Auto Ranch) was so RUDE today and I believe the man is prejudice. We were at the business next door waiting and my son (who is 20 Something) and his father were looking at the cars at Auto Ranch next door and noticed some old classics behind a fence...my son went to go ask the man who works there if the classics were also for sale and before he had the chance to ask the question, the man from Auto Ranch comes out yelling at him and accusing him of going behind the fence (which my son did not), he continued to yell at my son. This place is the biggest rip off and just filed a small claims lawsuit on them!! They stole my car out from under me after putting a huge down payment which was over 65% of what the car was sold and financed for and did me dirty. I will not disclose my evidence that I have against them but will say according to my attorney's advice, they have no defense, breach of contract and a few other things that will be mentioned in court!! I look forward to seeing how they will try and lie their way out of paying me back my whole down payment plus damages!! Will edit my post after judge makes their decision

I f I can give them 6 stars I would. I got to say I'm impressed with their customer service at this used car lot. I was a little hesitant at first from buying at a used car dealership. However, their team was extremely helpful and I am glad to have went through them. I've had my Q50 for about a month now and It drives like a champ. I recommend you give them a chance when looking for used cars.

I'm an impulsive buyer. I know what I want and when I see it is not hard to sell it to me. I found a 2011 Mini Cooper S at the Auto Ranch. Adam (I believe) rode with me on a test drive and I was sold.

While I could have found a better deal on the financing because my credit is spotless, overall this deal was fair. The car has average mileage on it and a few extras (lowering kit, race wheels, etc...) The last owner must have loved this car too.
After a few days the passenger side and 3rd brake light gave out. I brought the car in and Adam

Worse case of (Bait-and-Switch) arrived at 11am sales person was not on site that I initially contacted on Facebook but was met by another salesman at the dealership ( totally professional) the vehicle that I was interested on buying was a Ford Mustang 2014 once on site the vehicle was 2013 Price listed $11995 while I was waiting I noticed they switched the original price to $12995 ($1000+) to make it even worse just before signing paperwork they advised me that the financing price for vehicle was going to be $14995 ( $4,000+) than original WHAT A SCAM - I even find it funny YOU GUYS ARE FUKKING

Nobody buy a car from autoranch!! they sold me a crashed car and lied on title nobody buy a vehicle from here they are unprofessional.. I'm pretty sure there other vehicles are lied about as well just so they can push them out fast, sales man tony just try's to earn his commission not caring about your safety. My car was full of bondo!! Don't let this dealer full you. Hope everyone reads this and knows the truth about this place

Absolutely LOVED our car buying experience. We had been looking for a Toyota 4Runner for a couple weeks now and I finally found Auto Ranch's add on Facebook. I spoke to Eddie over messages, and we went in that night, he even told us that he would stay open later for us which was great! When we went in with just an intention of looking and test driving the car, but Nico definitely helped us out! Told us he will get us approved no matter what, and he did! We were able to drive off with our new truck within 2 hours! So glad that we chose to make the drive to Auto Ranch! We appreciate the courtesy

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Marko who kept speaking over me is the only person there in the morning. I had spoke with him he was extremely pushy/impatient and asked if I can speak with his manager. At first he didn't want to provide me with his name or position. He stated "You no want me to help you, then I no help" then hung up. I then called back he stated "You call back 1 hour for manager" then hung up once again. DO NOT!! I REPEAT DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE!!!

We saw a car we liked here and when we came to see it in person it looked nothing like the photos. When I called back a few days later with a few questions I was told I would receive a call back which never happened. Seems like they are not into making money, I called again several times with no answer.
