Bought a 2011 Ford Focus from CarMir. Thought it was a private party sale since I found them on Facebook Marketplace and appeared as if an individual was selling their car. Turns out they are a dealership? Went through with it anyway. Their business is very suspicious. As soon as I started driving this car, lamps popped up on the dashboard and issues persisted that was not mentioned during the sale.
-A couple days after purchase the battery died. Battery consistently died afterwards so I had it replaced. And no problems since.

So first he says everything is okay with the car but little did I know he erased all the codes off the car I even took it to the mechanic they said everything was fine. Turns out the head gasket was going bad and I needed to replace the coolant every 2 days. He said it's not his problem after I already purchased. Then I come to find out the car has been in an accident before. He send the wrong carfax information to me. It was same model and car and color but the vin wasn't the same as my car. I just realized that. I checked the actual carfax of this car and it's been in an accident

CARMIR IS A SCAMMER!!!! Bought a car from Amir or whatever this poser's name is a few months ago. Found the car on a Craigslist ad, called to see the car, and later found that the Craigslist ad he had posted was deleted. First red flag. Armir sold us a 2014 Nissan Versa. Great Price!! Well maintained, very pleasant to deal with. The AC was a little low a few days after we bought it. He told us to bring car in and he had his mechanic add ac fluid but that didn't solve the problem. So, he ended up replacing the ac compressor for us, after we had bought the car, as is. I have spoken supposedly with the owner one time. I was inquiring about a car and he didn't know about his own inventory! He said, "I'll have someone else call you the same day and it's never happened!" (Almost a week later) Unprofessional and complete disrespectful. Especially in sales! Absolutely 100% a scammer. this man sold me a 2011 Mazda X3 that seemed to be great. until i discovered after buying that he had cleared all of the codes. the NEXT day after purchasing, the check engine light AND the automatic transmission light came on. today? the car isn't drivable & literally had to be TOWED to the shop. 100000% a dishonest man. bad business.

I bought from this place 2 cars for my children's graduation. I paid more than 10,000 dollars in cash and the cars are damaged. One from the transmission and the other from the bumper which was glued on and painted over. I am very disappointed in this place. My recommendation if you go To buy a car with them you should check it out fully. Because you can be disappointed I do not recommend it.

Hate to leave a negative post, but unfortunately this is necessary. When my girlfriend and I first walked in, the owner Amir was warm and seemingly trustworthy, and let us test a 2016 Hyundai Accent. Test drive went well, and he encouraged us to go to a dealership to have final inspection before buying. We came back two days later and did just that, as a final precaution.

Don't believe any dealership including Carmir!!! They are big liar!!! The reason I go there to look car is I first thought it was private car sale, thus found one car only not good is that the passenger door can't be controlled by key,they promised to repair for free;after I bought it, they delayed the repair time , later they totally ignored the message and called at all, so what the dealer care is only money nothing about the quality or the service. Bought a car about a little over a month ago! The same day I picked up the car the engine light came up although I was assured that the car had no issues or accidents or anything of the sort. Bought it also above market value and of course no negotiation was possible. I contacted them that same day with my issue. I was told it is a sensor issue and not to worry. Bought a 2004 Highlander with high miles. It's in good condition and the Carmir crew went the extra mile to fix a few important items prior to delivery. They honored their word to hold the car without deposit for me during the repairs that took a couple days. Seems like some nice young gentlemen that are interested in taking care of their clients.
