Our experience working with Toufic was very pleasant. He gave us a fair price that was comparable with KBB value and took care of all the paperwork with our credit union. We got to take the car home same day while loan docs were being finalized which as very convenient since we live in San Diego. There was no sales pressure and they even washed the car for us before we left. Great service overall!

Their ad on Car Gurus and their own website stated that financing was available for a car Under 10k. I applied for their credit application and called only to be told that the car is CASH ONLY. I yold hin that their ads and website said otherwise and he refused to check. So HEADS UP their ads might not be accurately protraying information.

I had found a car with this dealership online thru Autotrader. I live in PA and I was looking for a car for my 76 year old mom. She recently renewed her license but has not driven consistently for almost 10 years. I found a Toyota matrix at TM Motors, the owner Toufic Masri, he was the guy that I dealt with via phone as my father and mother were limited in terms of their English. I spoke to Toufic and he told me that he can't discount the car even $1 and their is no negotiation. I bought my Chevrolet Cruze 2013 here and it was in very great condition. Soon as I got there the mechanic was out there checking on the cars, that’s how I know they take care of their cars. The dealer was very nice and honest honestly the best dealer I’ve been to. 10/10 recommend this dealer and all his cars are in great condition for a great price.

DO NOT GO HERE. I bought a truck from TM Motors and it was one of the worst decisions of my life. The first week Truck is leaking oil, transmission fluid leak, loose steering wheel, RPM speedometer frozen. Their Mechanic at A1 Auto I was told by TM Motors to take it to didnt fix the steering wheel or the RPM speedometer. They just tightened the steering rod and it became loose again within a week.
Next month radiator hoses leaking, brake fluid leak and found out brakes were installed wrong, 02 censor went out, muffler leak. I've spent Thousands of dollars trying to keep this truck running

I have had problems with the car since I drove it off the lot. I bought a car in August. The tire pressure light was on. The dealer said it was because it was sitting in the lot for awhile and it will go away once I drive it for awhile. I drove 2 hours to get to this place. It looked really good, and drove good. My friend went with me. It seemed to check out okay. Well 2 hours later, the light was still on. A couple days later, one of the tires were flat. I filled it up, took it to a tire place, they said the valve had a leak and fixed it. The light was still on. It turned out that it had bad sensors

How are test drives done? Just let them take a photo of your ID, ask for the car you wanna test drive, and have at it. Test drive it for as long you want (or as long as there is gas in the tank

DO NOT buy from this dealership! They sell awful used cars, DO not give you pink slip or tags. They'll hold onto them as long as possible (probably to use for other cars) and they are rude and unprofessional. Going to call BB on them. The term "used car salesmen" comes from people like these. DO NOT RECOMMEND them at all. Don't let them sell you a lemon! WORST dealership that takes advantage of you.

When you've got it all, you've got it all. Toufic and pals have the absolute best of 'systems' possible to serve the used car public. Clearly, they buy good cars at auction; check and ready them for fair-priced resale; stack them sardines into low-cost, close quarters; let their reputation and a few select ads do their advertising; greet customers with keys and an 'easy exit' for the test drive and let them go. When they return, they respond to customers queries and, if agreeable, move into the office to finalize the sale. No fuss, no muss; simple documents

I was in a bind since my car recently died. I looked many places and then I found TM Motors. Not having that great of credit i was afraid to try to finance. I did and within a couple of hours Toufic call me back and asked for a couple more info. He was really helpful and patient. He actually got me finance with low monthly payments. Was happy and now I'm driving again. Thank you very much TM Motors and Toufic. I highly recommend them.

When we walked in, we were given the keys and told "go ahead and take it for a ride" which we did. We noticed some duct tape where there was loose Velcro, totally easy fix but other than that, being two people that know what to look for the vehicle we drove had all the right parts in the right places. It was a cheaper purchase but we made the purchase knowing our bad credit was going to come with a higher finance rate.
However, the people there were all very nice and made everything very easy and made sure everything was explained. We decided to get warranty from our insurance company

This was my first experience with TM Motor Sales. I learned of them through searching the net for a particular vehicle I was looking for, and they happened to have a potential keeper for me. I was very apprehensive at first, not knowing anyone at the dealer, or the area. I live about an 45 minutes away, so I emailed the dealership to confirm the vehicle was still there - Then set up an appointment for a test drive . I met with Abraham, and he was great - No slick sales gimmicks, no pressure, no attempts at manipulation. I then met with Toufick, and the same service was given. They are both great

I have to say I was a little apprehensive buying a used car from a small lot like this. But Toufik and Abraham were men of their word. I bought a 2002 Honda Civic with 69k miles for my daughter. Unfortunately as good as it ran I had issues with the electrical, Abraham paid for 60% of a new alternator (unfortunately the headlights still dim a little when you step on the gas but I blame the mechanic for a faulty diagnosis) . Then the transmission started slipping and eventually went out - they paid for an entire rebuild on the transmission! This all after I bought the car and had it for nearly a

Vehicles are glued together with super glue and photos are taken to hide the flaws BEWARE.....Company does not back their sales. Once they manage to grab your money, your on your own. GOOD LUCK and you better pray you didn't pick a lemon car.

DO NOT purchase the "insurance" for repairs for your vehicle it's a total scam! I fell for the "piece of mind" getting insurance to cover my engine and transmission only to find out what repairs it covers for the transmission is something that will never be the problem. My mechanic has been in business for over 25 years and encouraged me to take them and Alpha Insurance to small claims court to return the full amount I've spent, as my vehicle has sat in the shop for over a month while Alpha has dodged calls, lied about sending an adjuster, and ultimately denying

Don't buy a car from this company. We paid $5000 for a used car and have spent $3500 on repairs so far. When we picked up the car, the air conditioner didn't work. They said they just replaced the condenser. Turns out it was a used one and was leaking freon. The air conditioner compressor was also leaking. Valve cover gaskets had to be replaced. Leaking oil. MAP sensor not working properly. Front door switches quit working. Brake center stop light not working, replaced. Both rear windows not working. Right window regulator repair and is working.
