I had a surprising experience dealing with Gonzalo and his staff. He took care of everything that I needed without even committing to buy. I find that good customer relations is hard to find.
I totally found great service and communication with the entire purchase. I asked him to remove a partial wrap on a vehicle that I was interested in. I got a phone call the next day and it was Gonzalo. He made it happen. The car was detailed and wrap removed. I asked for a extra key and to fix the modified exhaust.

Low mileage and super clean. When I say low I mean extremely low and the car pretty much looked brand new. Leo helped me out and gave me the low monthly payment , that I wanted. He was super helpful and nice as well. I picked what I wanted and got what I wanted. My credit wasn't all that and I had a repo , a couple of years ago , like I said he worked with me and still did me good.

I bought a 2012 GMC Acadia...Leo was amazing on the sales process. .. but the car they sold me that I paid cash for has been nothing but problems...within weeks of buying it Leo replaced the window switch on passenger side and fixed the passenger seat that wouldn't move...tried to fix the air conditioner..and even gave me a loaner while they worked on it but in the 8 months I have had it..I have replaced the transmission..the water pump..the radiator..the thermomostat...the car battery..the alternator...the driver side window switch..all 4 tires. The passenger seat controller..and had to repair

I just purchased a vehicle from the Anaheim Blvd location. Leo was exceptional! A few days after driving the car off of the lot I began having some electrical problems with it. I called Leo and told him about it he took care of everything. He had the car picked up and it took a few days but he fixed all the problems. I was very impressed and I can honestly say that I have never been treated this well while buying a new or used car anywhere! Every time I called to check in Leo answered the phone and had a progress report for me. The car was ready exactly when he said it would be ready!

I got a vehicle from here about three months ago. The vehicle runs good but I have electronic problem and one of my window don't open. I told them about it and they told me its not covered under my warranty so they can't do anything about it. They have poor customer service. We had a problem with paper work and he got mad and told me to bring the car back and we can cancel the deal. He was not professional at all got into several agreement with over the paper work.. I like the vehicle but I didn't like there service. I will never buy a car from them again and I suggest u don&apos
