I drove all the way from ontario..to see a car walk in ask about a infiniti qx60...the guy was like its in the back and on top of a rail ......we went to go see it .we couldn't see it from the inside becouse it was on a rail .finally about 15 mins the guy showed up,and turned it on.with the remote .but i wanted to see it from the inside ..he told us to climb the rail...i was like what....we just walk out..he was unprofessional..there were 3 guys .they didnt want to sell.......u walk in they dont greet u or nuthing......i have a business...and thats not custumer service........we left .....

Let me start by saying the owner/only sales person at this dealership, Ray Milani is the absolute BEST! my daughters parked car had been totaled so she was looking to get a reasonably priced car. We saw a PT Cruiser on autonetworkcars.com & contacted Ray, he was so easy to work with. As good as it gets. Ray Milani is that needle in a haystack - an honest guy in the auto resale business. He has helped us out by phone whenever we have had a question about a used car. We first met him when we were searching for a used car for our teenage daughter. Ray had sold the one we had gone there to see, but recommended we drive a 2005 Volvo S60 sedan in great condition, and he kindly matched the price of the previous car, even though the Volvo was worth far more. Absolutely pleasant experience from the get go. I went in with a budget and a trade in. They gave me a great value (Kelly blue book) on my trade in and found me the perfect replacement car. Before purchasing, I took the car to a local mechanic to check it out. It was in great condition with exception of one of the motor mounts, which was worn out. I bring the car back and immediately, they offered to replace the motor mount in question, no charge. The whole purchasing process took all of 30mins. Very kind and helpful people. I recently bought a '07 Passat at Auto Network. I'm very happy with the whole experience. Ray has excellent customer service. He's hardworking and honest. The facility is spotless, and the cars look well cared for. And - this is cliche, but it's important in my book - he seemed like a genuine, good-hearted family man.

A few years back my daughter was looking for her first car to buy. When we picked it up we took it to a mechanic who informed us that some work had to be done. We took it back and supposedly this outfit fixed it. We took it back to the same mechanic and he found even more things wrong with it. We had our mechanic fix the problems and presented Auto Network with a bill for the mechanical work. The dealer refused to fix.
The California Bureau of Automotive Repair was contacted but their was nothing the agent could do since we did not allow the Auto Network to fix the problems first even though

I just bought a 1999 Camry here and I love it so far. I've had it for 2 months so far. Got it for below Kelly Blue Book value, and I did have to put a little money into it, but it runs flawlessly! The dealer was very nice and genuine. He showed me what they did to it to fix it up, and everything checked out with my mechanic. The shocks still had some wear but my mechanic suggested replacing them. It's awesome how he has free carfaxes on all his cars!

I would actually not give this place one star, they completely ripped me off, the car I bought had a metal to metal contact on rear and front brakes, both outer cv boots where torn, they where probably torn for a long time that it needed new axels on both sides the flex plate in the transmission was loose, it was loose, I took it to dtla vw to confirm the transmission situation, subframe bushings where torn, when I brought this up to ray , he got angry and didn't want to pay the cost for repairs, I demanded for him to buy the car back , he refused, this was a horrible deal, car was in horrible

I scored an '04 Saab 9-3 with 65K miles in great condition for $2000 below blue book. Ray went out of his way to meet me at the dealership late in the evening and his friendly & honest demeanor was a refreshing change from most car salesmen. No problems with the vehicle since I bought it 6 months ago, aside from a jammed power window which Ray paid 50% of to get fixed. Very happy with the car and the dealership and I definitely recommend.
