I'd love to be able to get ahold of you guys. I've tried all three of your numbers and consistently get a busy signal on all of them. I tried over a year ago as well and same story. Left a five star because I don't want to hurt a local business but can I get ahold of you guys somehow?

So far my experience has been good. Checked our septic system prior to pumping it, went above and beyond and made some repair recommendations, were timely courteous and responsive.

Came out and repaired a floater in the Septic tank and checked other parts and pump. Dan and his buddy were very nice and didn't waste any time to fix it.

A+++. The guy from K & K I used in July of 2018 never even pumped my septic tank. He just pulled the water out of the hole. I paid $350 for this.
My sump alarm went off 4 weeks ago and I called Rick from K & K. He never called me back. No wonder. When T & L came they replaced the pump that pulls the water out and cleaned two filters and drained the tank. They hosed everything off and inspected it fully. Thank God for them. If you ever have this done watch to make sure they take the lid off stick a hose in the tank and pump it fully to the bottom. Also make sure they clean your filters and inspect

They guy that drives the truck is nice. The Spanish lady that answers the phone is completely loco. Check her reviews on facebook too. Unprofessional does not begin to describe her behavior.

We used T & L Septics honey wagon service at Thousand Trails Pacific City and their techician damaged our rig. He snapped the black tank t-lever off and handed it to my husband with nothing more than "it broke". WE had to bring out a mobile rv repair to fix so we could dump our tanks leaving the park.
We have contacted the company for reimbursement, they continue to ignore our contacts.
We heard a number of complaints about their honey wagon service while in the park.
Avoid these guys.

I had an unexpected positive experience with this business last week. I left my wallet on the roof of my car when I drove off from work, and it of course flew off at some point on my way home. I spent the next 4 hours driving back and forth searching with no luck. A few days later I received a call that a driver for this company had found my wallet and turned it into his boss. I retrieved my wallet, cash and cards intact! Thanks again to Ray and his driver for being good people!

Called today to fix a billing issue. The manager immediately began screaming that we were liars and f*ckers. After being loyal customers for two years I am shocked and appalled. Do not do business with these people.
