I highly recommend this business. We had a septic emergency and they were more than willing to adjust their busy schedule to accommodate our needs. They were not only able to come out on a short notice, but they were able to fix the problem as well as check our system and ensure everything was running properly. The office staff was very pleasant to deal with when scheduling and paying the invoice. In my opinion Northwest Septic Service went above and beyond. We will definitely be doing business with them again.

We are purchasing a new home and the seller's realtor chose Northwest Septic Services to do the inspection and pumping. First, the price of the inspection was much higher than other septic inspections I have had done. Second, I was sent the invoice in my email to pay for the inspection at 2:57 PM. I paid it 25 minutes later and received the email showing I had paid and it stated that the report would be emailed within one business day of receiving payment. It has been more than that and when I emailed Northwest Septic about it and asked for the report to be sent, they said that the contract states
