We had a good initial visit and discussed what we were looking for in our backyard. What we asked was exactly what we got. We were not disappointed. COVID-19 was an obstacle to the timing, but they still pressed on to complete it as close as possible to the timeline discussed. You will get quality work from Arroyo Pools.

Worst company in the world!! AVOID!! Oscar was extremely disrespectful and rude!! Never even bother to finish the job even after I had paid in full!! Total SCAM!!

So far, this contractor has been super professional, punctual, amenable to to my suggestions and creative in offering alternatives. When a monkey wrench was thrown into my financing, Oscar was gracious enough to be patient about commencing. I'm sure I'll be adding to this review when the "digging" starts but very happy thus far.

I do not Recommend this company at all. I normally don't give bad reviews but felt I had to with this company. I will not get into all the details but Oscar was recommended to us by 2 friends that he did their pools. Wish I had read all his reviews before committing to him. We gave him a deposit back in January a pretty big one too compared to other companies that only ask for around $2000 just for a deposit. In September we decided to go with another company for our sanity because dealing with Oscar was giving us Anxiety. He pretty much never answers his phone and when you text him or email him

He's Your best friend until he gets paid, then NEVER answers the phone. Did a descent job on resurfaced pool but left the tiles a mess and never came back to clean or finish the job. I really hate when people leave you worst than they started.
The unfortunate part was he came highly recommended. Calls to rectify the situation fell on deaf ears. He scheduled to come and fix it and never showed 2x. Then quit answering the phone.

PLEASE STOP Inboxing me about Arroyo Pools I would not refer him to no one and you would have to experience him for yourself. Good luck and make sure to look up the items he's putting in your pool after market from China......bad business man and dont have love for his craft so sad. When picking a contractor make sure most of there reviews are good that's where I went wrong but you live and you learn......

We are truly pleased with the work Arroyo pools did at our house. Their attention to detail was amazing. We now feel like we live in a resort. I would highly recommend them.

I would never recommend this company to anyone. We are the owners of a pool that this company installed less than a year ago. We are the second owners. Apparently they take no pride in their work. It's a salt water system. We just took over the property a few weeks ago. It began with an electrical explosion from wiring to the pool equipment four days after we moved in. The main positive wire from the pool into the main electrical junction overheated, blew up and melted. I called Arroyo to ask them to come out and left a message that was never returned. Oscar and his staff were extremely courteous and professional from the beginning. He gave us some ideas that worked within our budget. The pool looks amazing and we are in love with our new yard. Our yard needed a lot of work but I must say, the final product was great and affordable in comparison to other companies we were quoted. Thanks to Arroyo pools we finally have a yard we can relax and play in.

We shopped around before deciding on Arroyo Pools. By far Oscar was such a pleasure to deal with. My wife and I had no idea what we wanted and he helped us form a vision and went above and beyond with the delivery. Our pool is so beautiful. We couldn't be happier. Definitely recommend.

Whenever we decide to make any improvements to our house, finding the right person to give that job to do could be very stressful. But Oscar make that process easy, he was always kind, he listened to all ours concerns but most important he was always honest. My backyard have some issues and unfortunately our pool can't be build, but dealing with Oscar throughout the all process was a very nice experience.

When we first started the process of looking for a pool, we had bits and pieces of ideas of what we wanted to incorporate into the pool but weren't sure how to put it together. We got estimates from several pool builders but when it came to someone who was willing to spend the time to design a pool that fit all our needs and address all of our concerns, Arroyo Pools was by far the best pool company we met with.
