Todd has spent the past 20 years pursuing his passion for unique, complicated, design forward construction projects. His experience includes extensive residential, commercial, civil and environmental projects throughout the United States. Todd's prior roles include resident engineer, senior project manager, inspector, general contractor and senior environmental project manager.
At this point, maybe you know what you want or maybe you don't. That's ok. We're here to help. During conception, we meet to form a relationship and ensure we are a good fit.
We'll advise you in formulating your project and lay out what you'll need to move forward - architects, engineers, soils and environmental testing, etc. We'll discuss your goals and budget so we can inform, guide and help you realize your desired outcome from your investment.In Design, we begin the process for identifying and creating your style, desired floor plan, and finish selections.

In partnership with Lasso Design, this space was opened up to provide flow and function in the existing home. Skylights bring in natural light, while large art and clean lines give the space volume and openness. The upper level of this bright and airy mid century home was fully renovated including an addition to provide more space in the eat in kitchen and a new master suite.

We’ve had Todd work on quite a few projects for us in the past, and we’ve always been extremely happy with his service and will certainly use him again in the future. Just talking to him for a few minutes and you understand that he truly does know his stuff, and his performance backs it up.
