Milestone completed work at Grant Meadows Apartment Complex located at 3100 Grant Avenue, Philadelphia, PA to repair structure damage resulting from a fire. Milestone was responsible for the installation of load bearing joists, sub floors, partition walls, interior entry doors and single and double hung windows throughout the D Building.
Our experience has taught us that getting involved early is the key. By doing so, we are better able to understand the project as it relates to owners' needs and expectations. The best facilities and development planning requires a combination of practicality and creativity.
