Milestone Construction Management, Inc. specializes in our Open Book approach which is a very unique approach to construction. This method affords candid cost management whereby the owner has full knowledge of all costs associated with the project and exclusively benefits from all savings.
Milestone completed work at Grant Meadows Apartment Complex located at 3100 Grant Avenue, Philadelphia, PA to repair structure damage resulting from a fire. Milestone was responsible for the installation of load bearing joists, sub floors, partition walls, interior entry doors and single and double hung windows throughout the D Building.
Our experience has taught us that getting involved early is the key. By doing so, we are better able to understand the project as it relates to owners' needs and expectations. The best facilities and development planning requires a combination of practicality and creativity. Over half of the jobs that we build at Milestone Construction Management are done using this method, and the results speak for themselves.
