Culture at this company is impressive. The HR and payroll ladies are very friendly, providing exceptional customer service. Supervisors are concise with job standards, and expectations. The foremans take time to train thier coworkers. Their yard is always clean, trucks always well organized. The Heavy equipment operators are adaptive. Thier Grade checkers are highly skilled in land surveying. The Skidster operators are the best ive seen. Communication is consistant, and they make sure we get our 40 hours. Hands down, best company I've ever worked for.

The General Manager the tall lady I forgot here name.I went there to fill out a application for employment and she acted like I was wasting her time.She would not give me a email to post my resume to them.So I left to seek else where there Craiglist ad tells you to go there please dont waste your gas like I did.

I attempted to call there on Friday. A lady answered and as soon as I asked one question she gasped like I was bothering her and hung up on me. This shows me that their customer service needs improvement. I used another company and was happy with the price and quality of work. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!
