It is disastrous experience. Don't trust their services or their Terms and Agreement of their contracts. They will attempt to confuse and neglect pool maintenance services and ask for money to fix the problems they created for you. At this point, everybody should be able to figure what this company is all about. It is just a waste of time and money. Consumer beware.

We used No Green Pools Co service for about less than a year. The monthly service is good and reliable, but the price already started from $95 a month plus additional necessary things, which I understand, but it just occurs so often.
We also have our own tablets that we purchased at Leslies pool per No Green Pools Co's request, and yet, they still charging tablets here and there that I paid because I didnt want to go through hassle looking for another pool cleaning company service.
And when the monthly goes up to $120 a month, we have to stop the service. Too steep.

If I could give a negative star review I would! We needed a pool guy and I found No Green Pools here on Yelp. When I reached out, their respond time was immediate and the initial meeting was pleasant. Nelson was who we met with and was our point of contact. Our pool was algae infested and needed quite a bit of work done. The pool hadn't been maintained for a long time and no one was living at the rental home we had. We trusted Nelson to be honest and complete his work as promised, but unfortunately we were completely taken advantage of.

I highly recommend No Green Pool Company. Nelson provides amazing service and reasonable prices. He helped to fix the leaks in our pool and took multiple trips back to ensure everything was done correctly and properly. He extended himself to look at our pool pump and other equipment and gave me photos of leaks and areas for me to claim my home warranty. He is very committed to make sure the job is done to our satisfaction. We now have No Green Pool Co. to maintain our pool every month. You can't go wrong with their service.

I called for a quote on some fixes and spoke to Nelson. He came the same day and was as professional and honest. He gave me the quotes and even did a few tests ad simple fixes for me free of charge. He even spoke to people to get quotes on equipment for me. He even gave me options that I could from after getting the quotes. I really appreciated his honesty and would recommend him to anyone who is looking for service, repairs and parts.

First time owned a pool, never owned one before. Have 0 experience and no knowledge about the swimming pool, and just bought a house with swimming pool, was very dirty after move in. So called this number, Saw this ad on yelp. Nelson is profession, and has a lots of experience. After he help me clean up the pool, he told me clearly what wrong with the pool, and what's missing. Cause never owned a pool before, so didn't inspection the pool. Because English is not me first language so it's hard for me to communicate with the home warranty. Nelson was awesome! He was very friendly. To begin with, my pool was dirty. Not green algae dirty but there was a lot of debris from the winds. After Nelson worked on it for about 15 - 20 minutes, it was sparkling blue and swim ready! He charged $40 for the one time cleaning service. As a regular client, he'll charge $20/weekly cleanings.

My only pet peeve was that he didn't ask whether it was a saltwater or chlorinated pool. This, in my opinion, should be one of the first things a pool cleaner asks because it could've led to a huge mix-up with chemicals, etc.
