I have been having my Pool serviced by Jim & John for 1 year now. I could not be happier with the care & quality time they put into it every week. They also always answer their phones for any questions & are great with my big Boxer puppy. They always make sure the gates are closed afterwards too. My pool has never looked better & brighter blue.

Very late review, I finally found his card. I called Jim day off service, to clean pool for my daughter's party. As promised, Jim showed up in a hour and was done in 45 mins, perfect timing before party started. Charge was $85, which was worth it, since it was last minute. Jim did a great job, and was extremely friendly and helpful with suggestions on how to keep pool clean. Thank you, I'd definitely recommend Jim.

We've been with Jim and Santa Anita Pools for a few years and we are so happy with the service they provide. Jim goes above and beyond. He repairs our existing equipment to save us $$ and is upfront about any replacements he recommends. He has really kept our pool sparkling clean (even though it's an old pool)...... and our dog loves him too!!

Jim & John takes their job seriously & professional. Jim extends himself in making sure that the pool is ready even in special occasions. He saved my pool & $$$$ when the water turned green mismanaged by previous pool man. He even came 1 Sunday morning when I had problem turning off the machine. They're A++++.- Well recommended

Been using Jim for several years and everything has been running like clock-works. When we first met, during our first introduction, he gave us a freebie by fixing our leaking chlorine tablet canister. From then on, we hired him and haven't regret it since. He maintains our pool 100%. Whenever parts need replacement, I don't have to worry one bit as Jim will take care of it. He would not just replace a whole unit. Instead, he will try and repair or replace parts, so not to incur unnecessary cost.

I lived in Monrovia for 9 years and Arcadia for 15 years. Before I moved to Orange County(February 2018), I used Santa Anita Pool and Spa to service my large pool in Arcadia (20x40), as well as the smaller pool and spa in Monrovia (15x25).
I was very pleased with the pool service I received. The owner, James, was a very pleasant guy and was very dependable. He used to clean my pool on Wednesdays and would be there like clockwork. I don't ever recall him missing a day!
