Just had an occasion to receive the most courteous, knowledgeable and energetic service I've ever received at your stores since my dealings starting some 20 years ago. It was the Glendora store and Lorenzo was "The Man". I have found Lorenzo to be a very hard working and respectful young man. I've known him for at least two years and it just amazes me how smoothly he runs his store.
He's alert and cares about the problems his customers come to him about. Lorenzo has assisted me many times over the years. He is exceptional, honest and very hardworking. I run my own business and if he was in my trade I would hire him. Lorenzo is super and Leslie's should be lucky to have him. I have never had any issues with service at this store in the 11 years I have had my pool.

Lorenzo is great! He is always on time and definitely knows how to take care of a pool. I have a very large pool and the water had not been clear for so long. I wasn't sure what I was going to do. He evaluated the pool chemicals, did a thorough cleaning and ever since then, my pool is always sparkling clean! Lorenzo will always take the time to explain what he is doing and doesn't take shortcuts! I now never have to worry about my pool!
