I had an emergency with my water heater leaking and it was after they were closed but vince helped me over the phone very calmy while i was freaking out and calmed me down and told me what to do to fix it and i was able to do it on my own!! thank goodness because inwas able to stay up all night holding a bucket under the leak until someone could come out to help in the morning thanks a lot vince!!!

My brother had a flood from a plumbing issue and I have known Vincent for many years so, he was top of mind for me to refer his services to my brother! I PM'D him on FB and he got right back with me within a minute and was exceptionally responsive! There is an old saying "Don't ever ask a barber whether you need a haircut". Well, that is CERTAINLY the case when talking to mold remediation specialists about mold. So when Vincent, unlike the other "pros" I talked to and after analyzing the sample tests and pictures I took [which he reviewed for no charge], he advised me that my lightly stained 2"X 2 ft contaminated area required only a N-95, some soap, and rubber gloves. We had a water leak from a pipe that broke and Vince and Ana were both great to work with. They were super accommodating and sent their guys out immediately.
The crew was friendly, courteous and explained everything as they went along. They finished the job in a timely fashion and we are in the drying stage now. I would highly suggest them in their incredible service! great water damage service providers.

Vince is the best. I had another company in to do an inspection for mold at my house they looked over the house for 30 minutes and came back with a huge job at a big price. I had Vince come out for a second opinion, he was there 4 hours and was very thorough.
He only found mold in the bathrooms. He completed the mold abatement job in less time than expected and went the extra mile making sure we could use one bathroom until the repairs would be completed. I would use Coastline again for all of their services if needed.

I called hoping I would get some guidance because I have been so concerned that my daughter might have been exposed to toxic mold, how it is on her furniture and other items in the room and how long it is taking to get any test results back from landlords. I had already called another company who specializes in mold and water damage and they did not have anyone who could give me advise over the phone on even the steps of the estimate. We recently moved into our new home and did not expect to have any major plumbing issues since we figured the home inspection would have revealed any problems, if any. However, we did in fact have a leak that trickled from upstairs bathroom to the kitchen ceiling. Our refrigerator water line sprung a leak and wouldn't shut off, Vince and his team came through once again to save the day. Even though my problem was more than expected, Ronald stayed with the job and got my sinks draining that day. He even did a great job cleaning up! And the bill was less than expected. I had them out to clean ducts and plenum in our new house. They were very responsive and expert. I found them through National Air Duct Cleaners Association (yes, it's a real thing and, yes, it means something, looks like). They showed up with tons of equipment and did great work. They dinged up a small part on our freshly painted white walls but we'll clean that up.
I especially liked that they called out other issues they saw in the attic. Too few people get their ducts cleaned out and I'm glad we did this. These folks are pros.

Tried to call Petes Plumbing and were told they wouldn't come out on a Saturday because we weren't an established customer, so then called Coastline Environmental Solutions (A-1 Best Plumbing). They were willing to come out but did inform my husband that it would be a little cheaper on a weekday. My husband agreed and set up an appointment. On Monday, they called and gave an update on their approximate time of arrival and called again when they were on their way. Very friendly and fast service. Drains were cleared and they cleaned up after themselves. Very happy with their service and

The crew came out quick. Their plumber Steve (A1 plumbing) was out at our house in 15 minutes. He was friendly, professional and went above and beyond what other plumbers have done for us. Steve everything ahead of time. They got to work and cleaned us up in no time.
