The HVAC pan overflowed in the attic directly above the loft in my two story home. The water dripped through the floor in the attic causing the ceiling in the loft to become saturated with water. I called Mold Masters and explained the emergency. They came out the same day, staged a dehumidifier to dry out the area and staged a negative air machine to clean the air of must and mildew odor. I was grateful for Mold Masters quick response and excellent customer service!

I got a bunch of estimates for mold remediation and Austin was clear and direct with me and gave me piece of mind rather than a million things that could go wrong and change the price or scale of the job. I went with him and he did the work in the time he projected. Repaired everything good as new with painting to boot and had clear communication throughout all-and I called many times for clarification when I was hearing different things from different companies. He always answered. Service was professional and a solution to my problem. Price was good w a 5 year warranty. I would use them again

Reached out to the owner Austin after a possible mold issue from a pipe burst in the unit above mine. Within minutes he filled me with knowledge on the possibilities that could arise from improper treatment of cleaning up water on drywall. He was able to schedule a guy to come out the next morning to provide air quality testing, swab testing, and had lab results to me within 24 hours. The guy even visually showed me signs of mold and moisture in the drywall, which was very helpful. The professionalism and quick turn around time definitely differentiates them from others in the industry. Stand up
