I called this company for assistance after my water heater flooded my living room and hallway back in March. We had recent demo work, cleaning, water damage, and plumbing issues in our home. Juan and ServPro were OUTSTANDING every step of the way. Juan is professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable about any situation that arose during demo. He respectfully and clearly communicated with us each step, why it was occurring, and what would happen next in the process. Very important to us was that Juan was always aware of the cleanliness of our place, keeping it clean by always wearing the boot slippers, laying down paper along common walking paths, and always leaving our kitchen and dining room
