WDO inspections identify Wood Destroying Organisms to include: Subterranean and Drywood termites, Wood Decay Fungus, and Wood Destroying Beetles. Your report will include photographs of any issues along with a detailed description of the location and the recommended remediation. Reports are delivered via email in PDF format.
Florida ants come in many varieties and sizes. Most of our ants are non-native tropical species and have some unique characteristics. People often refer to ants as sugar ants. There are several species of ants that feed on sugar, and therefore are generically known as sugar ants. Its important to identify the species to effectively control these "sugar ants".

Steve was great! Got back to me right away (even on a holiday weekend) and was out to the property for my buyer on the next available day following the holiday. Very professional and responsive. We always look to work with military veterans, being one myself. When we found Steve’s company to take care of a pest problem we had faith it would get done right. He identified the ants that were invading our kitchen in a matter of seconds, ghost ants, and knew exactly what course of action to take to combat the situation. He did a whole house inspection, even though we only saw the ghost ants in the kitchen. I called Steve in a crisis as we learned that the apartment where my daughter was supposed to move into was infested with cockroaches! There were tons of live ones everywhere and they seemed to be multiplying by the second. The complex had a contract pest control company who was not taking the issue seriously, barely treating it and had no… knowledge of how to get it under control. Absolutely best experience ever! For years we used the big companies and sometimes we received good service and sometimes not. Thank God for Yelp! I was able to get an amazing service from Combat Pest. Steve does his job with a heart. He takes time and pride to his job. We had problem with carpenter ants since we moved here last year. We had a pest control company before but they don't care about the problem, they just cared about their sales. Combat pest control does our regular maintenance for our home and we have been very pleased! Steve also did our inspection when we purchased our new home and he made such a great impression that we signed up for regular service after we closed. I found Combat Pest control through Yelp and chose them because they had excellent recommendations and feedback. We moved into our new home and had an issue with "ghost ants" near our water sources and outside our windows. We've been using this company for a year or so switching from a company that came i and sprayed inside and outside of our home. I was hesitant at first on how the perimeter outside spraying would work. But we've seen no bugs at all inside. We did see ants outside our house, trailing everywhere and called Steve, he came the next day and put out bait, explained thoroughly how the ants migrate and then a week later came to check to see how things were progressing. Very impressed with this, and since we have an annual contract, this was addressed at no additional charge! Great service, honest

We signed up for the quarterly pest control services plan (not mandatory, but you save a little $ that way). Steve send's out a e-mail "heads up" the day before and gets you taken care of. He always asks if we have had any issues lately that he needs to address or focus on; I get the feeling he actually cares about us as customers and takes pride in the work he does.
