The reason I am giving this poor rating is because I live in Spring Hill FL and one of there employees were up here in a red Toyota Tacoma with a white bed topper. This person was driving very disrespective tailgating people and cutting them off and drive 55 on a 45. If this person is disrespective on the road cant imagine how he treats the customers. If I could I would post a pic of the vehicle. Its a shame because this person is going to cause this company that could be good to not have people use them. Cause I would never use this company if I have too for my pest issues.

BEWARE of this company!!! Check out their YELP reviews. I cant believe the lady's on the phone at this company!!! I called for some information/ names of the chemicals they use. They were unwilling to give to me. Melonie from the Tampa office and another woman( who said she was the manager & refused to give me her name) took turns cutting me off,… angrily yelling & talking back to me... both hanging up on me!!! They told me that their company wasnt the ones that sprayed the chemicals inside my lanai during perimeter spraying and REFUSED to give me the names of chemicals. Your company

Last Friday I noticed the problems I had with fleas was more massive than I expected. I contacted Bugs or Us because they have built a rapport with me for services in the past. Annette was very pleasant and booked my visit at home to take care of this problem yesterday (Monday March 18, 2019). Jody came in while our animals and I were out. When we came home, I cleaned up and saw how severe we had it and how it is not this way today. We had the best sleep of our lives last night; humans dogs and guinea pigs. THE FLEAS ARE GONE!!! Thanks Jody and Annette for this amazing feeling. So grateful!!!!

I was a client for over 6 years. my yard always had weds and i paid over 100 every other month for bug and yard control. just had my house tented and they subbed it out to another company. When i came home my house temp was over 96 degrees. the other company had taken out ac circuit breakers. my ac was blowing full blast for almost two days with the compressor not on. it was a holiday so no one came out for over two days to put the breakers back in. no apology no discount. rude when they came to pick up the check. the check certainly got cashed on time. would not recommend to anyone!!!!! run away
