Stone countertops can weigh up to 30 pounds per square foot. At the time of template, our technician will make sure your cabinets are structurally sound to handle the weight of your new countertops. We try extremely hard to avoid seams if possible, but the reality is that the majority of countertops will have a seam no matter how hard we try.

Do any of the cabinets contain any particleboard? Our cabinet boxes are constructed using solid Birch hardwoods and furniture grade plywood. There is no particleboard contained in our cabinetry box. Our plywood is also CARB2 compliant for standard US restrictions formaldehyde emissions. Painted doors will utilize high quality HDF for longer life and to reduce the cracking that normally happens with hardwood joints overtime.

I found out about Kroner while I was shopping around for a new kitchen counter top. Me and my husband have a fixed budget for kitchen project but after some upgrades here and there, we realized don't have much room for a counter top. We almost did not want to change our counter top after all our corian is still very durable- if its not older than me and the new kitchens I saw from home viewing, I would not want to replace our kitchen counter.

What a great place! The staff are so friendly, Giovana helped me so much with my decisions, and without her I would be so lost, there is so many choices of different stones , I wouldn’t know what to do! I scheduled an appointment with Giovanni . We had a time she never showed , She did not even call to say she wasn't coming. I was waiting at the house for her. I Called her she said they were too busy and shorthanded , she gave me some song and dance story that didn't make any sense. She said I will come over right now She never showed up. Never called again!! Don't waist your time with this company, they have Terrible business ethics. No respect for peoples time .

Friendly staff, nice selection but the installation of my countertops was not done to my satisfaction. I called the sales rep a couple times within a week of the installation but he never reached back to us to make the corrections needed.
Also, I called the people that supposedly give you the guarantee with no luck.

Do Not do business with this company. I purchased 6 counter tops. Two of the counter tops were the wrong length. Instead of replacing them with a the correct size of quartz, Kroner moved my cabinet which caused a 1/4" gap between the top and the bottom of the cabinet. The second counter top caused a 1/2" gap between the slide in stove and the counter top. Alex did not return my phone call when I explained that his "solution" did not work. Speaking to Dave (who I ordered from) and the installation team said there was nothing they could do to resolve the problem.

Yea, like other reviewers stated, stay away from these guys. Low quote but then added extra cost later on. Charged extra $500 to remove old countertop and sink and broke the cabinets doing so. Nailed a freaking 2x4 into the cabinets to fix it. Asked to have dishwasher brackets installed but they weren't. Now they won't do it because it wasn't in the quote. Trim around my door was notched because the granite wasn't cut right.

My initial visit to Kroner was just curiosity, figuring I may not find what we were looking for. But to my surprize..they had the color we wanted for the kitchen countertop at a great price. Since at this point have only ordered all, now am anxious to see how installation goes!! Installation was a breeze, counter top sections fit prefectly. Sink was installed & final drilling made for my faucet. After all adhesives/caulking cured plumbing was fit..Great new look..still to do a little painting etc. But great Job.

Stay away from this company! They created a nightmare of a mistake and ended up damaging my quartz. It was a drag-out fight to get them to replace it. Which they did eventually, but I had to get other parties involved and threaten a lawsuit. Throughout the whole ordeal, one of the owners, Giovanna was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. They even wanted to make their installer pay for the mistake out of his pocket. Not a good way to conduct business. I would like to congratulate Kroner for their excellent service at my kitchen. The color of the quartz and the installation was exactly as I wanted to be. The installers are very professional they pay attention to all the details. I had ordered an waterfall in my kitchen and the results are absolutely beautiful. Their prices were very good as well. Giovana had help me through the process and I would recommend Kroner 100%. I love it!

My boyfriend, Chris, recently (last week) had new counter tops installed and Kroner put in the wrong sink (top mount instead of under mount), explaining to him, on the eve of installation, that this was the only sink that would work. The morning of the installation, he found out the reasons they gave for installing the the top mount sink weren't true! Very unhappy! Kroner would not work with us even though we contracted for an under mount sink!!

Kroner Granite did a fantastic job. We called them after our kitchen was partially demolished (Due to water damage) and they did an awesome job rebuilding the cabinets and installing the rest of the kitchen (sink, faucet, countertops). The team were very accommodating to our schedule and made sure everything was done to our satisfaction.

We are so thankful for Kroner granite, and will be using them for future projects! My husband and I have done all the renovations ourselves on our new home, and this was our first time having someone else come in and do the work. We weren't sure what to expect, but Kroner went above and beyond to answer questions, make sure we were informed, and it resulted in a gorgeous kitchen! Their prices beat out ALL competition, and we were able to afford the kitchen of our dreams. Giovanna was wonderful, and really knows her stuff. Bottom line: If you can deal with sub-par management and poor communication, the installers did a great job with my countertops at a reasonable cost. Especially with the waterfalls. Pictured is fantasy brown quartzite. Really wish I could fully recommend them, but the manager Alex really needs to learn better customer service.

Had our kitchen and 2 bathrooms remodeled. We had Kroner Granite provide counters for both projects. Everyone from Giovanna and Alex in the front to the installers were awesome. They were always available, gave us options and resolved any problems we had to our satisfaction. Let me say this- during this process I was 6-9 months pregnant in addition to the hurricane interruptions. We ordered multiple slabs of the same color (white ice) and had a few months of reno work in between the bathroom and kitchen jobs. We required one complete slab of granite for just our island piece (!) and a few days
