I have worked with Lloyd Wicks at Southeast Stone twice over the last 2 years. The first time was for just a small job...a 6 foot bathroom vanity top with two sinks in Granite....which was done on time (about 10 days from order to completed product). I picked it up and installed it myself. All measurements were exact and the Granite looked great. I had chosen a remnant and the price was very reasonable. Since I had picked it up and installed it myself, I had only worked with Lloyd. He was very professional, always answered and returned my calls and fully explained all details of the process.

From my very first contact with Southeast Stone, I was blessed to speak with Chuck E., who held my hand and helped me navigate throughout the entire complicated process of installing a kitchen countertop. I looked at about 4 different place before I found Southeast Stone. They were the only ones to have an abundance of selections. Corrine, who was the young lady that assisted me and she was very knowledgeable about their products and very helpful. I highly recommend their business if you are looking for countertops or any stone product you are looking for. Their prices too, are very reasonable, The installation was also a great experience. The installers were on time and did an excellent installation.

Southeast Stone did a beautiful job fabricating and installing the quartzite countertops in our summer kitchen. Chuck, Pam, Mark, and the rest of their team were very professional and a pleasure to work with. There are a lot of intricate details (especially around the grill and undermount sink), and these guys made this particular perfectionist a very happy customer.

Just completed a total remodel of living room and kitchen, this included all new ceramic tile floors, kitchen, utility room and fireplace cabinets. All where to be covered with white and grey Pompeii Quartz. We went to their showroom for a Saturday appointment. My wife and I ordered a granite slab countertop for our outdoor summer kitchen (Majestic White) thru Lowe's. Working with SE Stone was very easy. The on glitch was that the stone cutter cut the sink hole too big, so the sink we had already purchased wouldn't fit. SE Stone was very quick to purchase a bigger sink, at their cost, that would fit so the entire stone slab would not have to be remade. Megan, sales manager (?), was an absolute pleasure to work with, as well as the other SE Stone employees. I could tell that customer satisfaction was their #1 priority. Love love love my recycled glass countertops and the service Meg provided. When we bought the wrong sink for the install she found us a much better quality one with a vendor she knew. When I had questions she answered them quickly. I wanted one large piece with no seams and that's what they did. It was an easy and efficient experience with the installers as well. They did make some wall scuffs, but those are easily fixed and most likely because I requested one large slab, but I would do it again.

So thrilled that Southeast Stone was able to accomplish a very technical install that others turned down. They jumped in without hesitation, yet set expectations appropriately. At the end of the day, they jumped every hoop this designer threw down, and achieved a beautiful countertop installation that was anything but run of the mill. I purchased my quartz countertops from Home Depot. Home Depot contracts through Southeast Stone. Working with HD was seamless and no problems. However, I was not impressed with the customer service with Southeast Stone which is below average. The initial visit with Southeast Stone was with the person who came out to measure the countertops. He informed my wife and I that corbels were not necessary under the bar. When they came to install the countertops, they installed very ugly wooden corbels that no where near matched the kitchen. Do not use this company! They botched my quartz countertop install. Thank God I went with Lowe's because they garanteed installation and I was able to get my money back. I placed an order for a countertop made out of a single slab and their fabricator broke it. They tried to force a seam on me that was poorly done with the slab slightly angled incorrectly (one edge on the base cabinet extended out further in the front than the back). On top of that, they installed the bridge for the back of stove unlevel and chipped a corner of another piece, covering it up with glue. The company would lie and

I went through Lowe's to buy my quartz kitchen counter tops after comparing others. I found a great price on Southeast Stone Lusso quartz. It was light in color & just gorgeous. I had lots of questions about the install procedure & Diane at SS was so helpful for several phone calls! The installers, Julio & Felix were polite, neat & knew what they were doing.!!
