I simply wanted a small piece of granite to match my kitchen countertops. Zafiro has the perfect piece but for some reason they would not tell me what the price is. I was asking to sign documents, provide my information, tell them where the piece was going to be used. Why must I jump through hoops to get a price on a small piece of granite that I was picking up and installing myself? Central Florida has A LOT of granite suppliers who can quote a price. Don't waste two weeks waiting on Zafiro!!

Great experience and great customer service. Dalton was sent out for measurements and you could definitely tell he was experienced and very personable. The office was very honest with timeframe it was going to take to get my counters installed which is all anyone could ask for. Install went flawlessly and my kitchen was left cleaner then it was before they came in. I would definitely recommend Zafiro, but highly highly recommend requesting Dalton to come do your measurements! Zafiro is not the cheapest price you will find, but are very very fair for the quality of service they provide!

I am listing this review because we had Zafiro install granite in our new house . A month after moving in I called for 2 warranty issues and they showed up in a few days and rebuffed our tops and fixed a area by electrical outlet just perfectly.
Wow now that’s great customer service I must say . That’s why I felt I had to give them a great review .you can trust them after the install 100%

Worst customer service I have ever seen
they charged me the double what I had to pay I went there because I heard that they have a professional installers and talked to Tiara the worst customer service person I had ever met she gave me only the cheap material for too expensive cost
First visit I was told that my kitchen needs about 80 sf granite. I did agree with that but after the guy came to my house and take the measurements She told me you have to pay for 113 sf. I told her How can I pay for more than my kitchen needs I need only between 80 to 87 sf
I told her I'm a math teacher so I know

I have beautiful Macauba White quartzite quarried from Brazil for my kitchen counter tops, It's stunning and it's unique. There's some light shades of red in it that coordinate with the brick on our fireplace. I was as giddy as a little kid on Christmas morning.
The day the install was completed, Jorge surprised me by coming to look at the project. That's when he shared with me how he reviews all the designs before fabrication. He didn't like where the machine was making the seam to join the slabs because the pattern didn't flow, so he adjusted it so the seam was to the sides of the sink.

We just put in a boatload (240 sf) of Quartzite. Replaced the granite in all 3 bathrooms and our kitchen and got 4 new sinks. Also put in an outdoor kitchen which was 17' by 11'. The way they did the seams was amazing. Installation by them was perfect and VERY complex. Here is what is even more amazing; on what was to be the last day of installation, the owner (Jorge) showed up with the installation crew (in a driving rain, I might add). He told me that he was unhappy with the way the pieces looked at one of the the seams for the indoor kitchen and showed me pictures. He told me if I wanted it

After talking with Home Depot, Lowe’s, and one other local granite company in Oviedo I found Zafiro. From the moment I walked in and talked with Alex I knew I had found the right place. Alex and the front office staff were great to work with, the granite selection is awesome, pricing was the best I found. From the measure to the install I had great service. Alexandra and the entire team from Zafiro were awesome to deal with! We installed stone countertops in 3 different areas of our house- kitchen, outdoor kitchen, and half bathroom. From the price, to selection, to measurements, communications, to the final install... the entire process was seamless, timely, and greatly exceeded our expectations!
