Slav and team were amazing throughout the process. They helped remove carpet/old hardwood from our living floor and replaced it with pre-finished hardwood. Very good communication from the initial estimate phase, ordering the raw materials and actual job. Their prices were reasonable and their work is first class. Would definitely recommend them.

Same quality work as any other contractor (no special customer service or workmanship) but their contract says they can sue you if you write an accurate review (a review that can be seen as derogatory in any way). I didn't sign any contract so I can write an accurate review here.
The project was refinishing a hardwood floor in older but very nice and expensive house. There was nothing special like stairs, just flooring. It had never been finished before so in places the floor showed a lot of wear and tear.

We had a great experience with Slav and team. They were very prompt and patient at the same time in responding to all our questions. The team was knowledgeable and did an awesome job in replacing the carpets on our upper floor with hardwood flooring. They also identified an issue with the floor surface being uneven in our master bedroom(something which the home builders messed up initially during construction) and helped with fixing it as well. We strongly recommend hardwood perfections, they live up to your name! :)

Slav and team did a great job on the floors! They turned out SO nice. They were also prompt and communicative when it came to the project (quote, scheduling, finishing up) and super available for questions along the way. They were also extremely helpful when we ran into an issue with unexpected vinyl sheeting under our carpet we didn't know was there. All in all I am thrilled with how the floors look and would absolutely use them again.

Vlad, the owner, came out and surveyed the house for a competitive pricing, and Andrew and Jose were the most hardworking, highly skilled, meticulous, polite, friendly, and professional craftsmen we've ever met!! Added hardwood to the final room in our home. What a professional group of craftsmen. Bill (the owner) came twice during the job to see progress. The job, managed by Andrew, and performed by Jesus' and David was outstanding from start to finish. I was given a time frame by which it would be completed which it was completed. They matched the color excellently which was critical in that the rooms flow together separated only by a step down into the adjoining room which had carpet in it. I phoned Bill Maser of Hardwood Perfections to refinish my hardwood floors. He was prompt with our appointment and his quote. I emailed and phoned to make changes and he was prompt with a quote change. The date we selected to begin service his two refinisher showed up on time with no delays. I was recommended Hardwood Perfections by a family member that had work done by them a few years back. I called Vlad and he came out the very next day to take a look at our houses floors. We had hardwood that was hidden underneath carpet for quite a few years. He walked us through the process, gave us a real competitive quote for the work and also gave a lot of good information on our type of floor and nuances with it.

Such an awesome company! We worked with Bill and he made sure our experience was seamless all the way through. My husband and I were originally just going to have our floors refinished and stained but our encounter with Bill was so pleasant, we truly had a lot of trust in him and what he was able to make happen for us. With that said, we chose to have him remodel our entire staircase after our floors were finished! And WOW! We are extremely happy with the outcome. I received the estimate after leaving the one star review. The owner's response was to apologize but he also mentioned how my one star review was unnecessary and didn't help things.
I'm sorry to say that it obviously was necessary. Our situation was emergent due to a possibility of mold. Taking over a week, one yelp message, two voicemails, and a text to finally send an estimate is not a good business practice.

We own a small Craftsman home and decided to pull up the carpet in our tv room and "DIY" our floors. Not surprisingly, we messed them up. We messaged Vlad, via Yelp in a panic. Brandon was our rep and he was great in explaining the work that needs to be done and what we should expect as a result of the work. He gave us a quote the next day and we were able to schedule work in a very short amount of time.
Once the floor was finished, Brandon personally came out to work with us on some of the questions and issues we had. He was able to resolve the minor issues within a reasonable amount of time. It was a pleasure working with him.
The floor work was also excellent - it looks brand new now!!

We worked with Brandon and his crew to install new sections of hardwood to match our existing sections and to stain everything to a new color. They finished the worked exceptionally well, within budget and we are very happy with everything.

After multiple quotes and advice from friends who've also finished hardwoods, my wife and I decided to go with Vlad and we're glad we did! Vlad himself is a great guy and is willing to do what needs to get done to do the job right. He's a true professional and takes great pride in his craft. I've hired him twice now, first to finish about 1000 feet of existing hardwoods and then secondly to install and match with the existing hardwood about 300 sq ft. Vlad has exceeded our expectations and I recommend him to anyone looking for the same work. Not even worth looking elsewhere
