I called Flooring Direct and spoke to Dimitri about some replacement vinyl flooring for our laundry room. He was very pleasant and he asked us to come and pick out from some samples. We picked out our vinyl and we were able to get it installed within a 2 week period.

Dmitry and Jason as well as the install guys were all just amazing! They knew that we needed our flooring expedited so they made that happen! Dimitry went down to pick the carpet up himself and within a week my whole house was done! They were friendly, knowledgeable, and the prices were very reasonable. I would definitely recommend flooring direct!!

Dmitriy and his crew did an excellent job on the luxury vinyl plank flooring for our 1200 sq ft condo. We were provided assistance in selecting the best flooring choice with no pressure to purchase. The installation was started on time and finished much more quickly than I expected. Couldn't be happier with the results.

We went in to get an estimate on replacing carpet for our stairs and upper level. Dimitry was very helpful and patient. We felt absolutely no pressure at all and Dimitry provided us multiple estimates that allowed us to choose the best option for our budget. It took a little longer for the carpet to arrive but that was out of their control. Once the carpet arrived, the installers were here the next day. They arrived on time and finished everything within 3 hours! I have no complaints and would not hesitate to give them my business again.

Call this company FIRST!! After getting a questionable quote from another flooring company we choose to reach out to Flooring Direct & we are so glad we did!! I purchased my Evoke flooring from them for my entire main level and stairs. It took me a long time and a lot of shopping around before deciding on this company and type of flooring. I also used their installer for my stairs. Peter, did a phenomenal job and cleaned up every bit of debris. I'll be going back to them when I'm ready to do the bedrooms!! Dimitry did an awesome job with communicating and showing up on time to do our measurements. They came to us to collect payment and we did not have to drive out to them. I requested a new carpet quote and got a response email pretty quickly (less than 30 mins). I responded immediately. I asked them to come measure the house and provide samples as we needed the work done right away. I was basically ghosted and never heard back. I ended up going with a different business (one that did responded to my emails and got the job done the next day). I wouldn't recommend this place if you're looking for reliability. A simple "We're not able to come to your house" would have been enough, but ghosting customers is a terrible way to go. Poor customer

Product like you can't find elsewhere and terrific service! If your shopping for flooring look no further than flooring Direct, location, selection, price, service, they really do it all! I highly highly recommend this shop! You can go to home depot or Lowes and pay a little less and get a floor that everyone has and won't last nearly as long. Super excited/grateful customer here!!!!!!!!!!

These guys are the best! They are very helpful and professional! They take the time helping selecting the right color and quality of carpet. I could not be more satisfied.
