Unique Interiors

Unique interiors was subcontracted by our builder Cornerstone Homes to install the flooring in our new construction house. When we moved in we noticed a couple of damaged laminate boards but figured we would wait until our 1 year warranty inspection to bring up the issue. However, Cornerstone Homes has just informed us that unique interiors will not warrant their work. Overall the flooring is decent but I would recommend others to go with a different company that is not going to install damaged floor boards and a company that will actually warrant their work.

I've been attempting to get these people to put me on the schedule to tile our shower and it's been over six months. I've been told I was on the schedule three times. An absolute waste of time and aggravation. I wish I had gone elsewhere a long time ago but I just kept hoping they'd pull it together.

Have been doing business with Unique Interiors for quite a few years now and they are such a good company. Their price is always so competitive, and they have quality installers who do amazing work. I recommend them to everyone I know.

Not all home improvement projects go off without a hitch, and it’s in those times when you know what kind of company you’re really dealing with. A couple of weeks after the install of my floor it had an issue that wasn’t due to Unique Interiors (it was actually the contractors fault). A home remodel can be a huge undertaking. A real estate agent and contractor both recommend Unique Interiors so I decided to check them out. Couldn't be happier! We were walked through the process of how to go about picking out materials, of course design changed along the way a few times. Veronica was such a tremendous help and patient. Last August we had Unique Interiors come in and extend our hard wood floors from the living room and kitchen on to our our family room. The work done was alright. However, the gentleman that did the work spilled a chemical in the driveway, attempted a short cleanup and left without saying anything to us. As a result, a a GIANT off-colored stain was left behind. Unique Interiors accepted total responsibility and tried several times on their own to clean it. However, after numerous unsuccessful attempts Unique Interiors bunted to their insurance company to handle it.
