Castro's Tree Service, Inc is an all-year-round family owned tree service company located in Elgin, IL. Our tree services range from tree removal, tree cabling, trimming, pruning to helping clean up hazard caused by severe weather. We offer our services all year so that our customers are taken care of when they need it most or when disaster strikes.
The high speed of the wind can cause serious damages to both tree and the surrounding properties. We have the tools and resources readily available to make what was left of the storm an easy clean up. We haul away wood pieces with a wood chipper in order to use the leftover wood as mulch. This offers the alternative to en environmentally conscious decision.
There are many factors to be considered when removing a tree. Trees are an essential part to our well-being and are part of the world around us. However, sometimes trees should be removed if they're diseased, dead, and if they're a hazard to us or our property. Sometimes, some municipalities in the Fox Valley Area do require permits when removing trees.

If used Castros and all my tree work. Even a fall clean up when I had just finished surgery, I didn't have it in me to clean up and just knew Castros would get it done and right. Amazingly fast crew of guys...excellent with cleanup as well!! Called and Helidao came out and quoted the same day, showed up the following Saturday, and within 45 minutes had 6 bushes removed including the roots, the area around my creek trimmed, and front large tree thinned out! Highly recommend this crew

Called to get a dead tree removed. They can out within 40 minutes and have a reasonable quote! Talk about fast and professional service. Wow!!! Since they were so reasonable, asked about trimming up other trees and bushes. They did a great job. Would highly recommend. Super fast! Super nice! Love them. We'll use them in the future for sure.

The storm that came through knocked down the tree in our backyard onto the roof of our house. We contacted Castro's Tree Service late evening and they came out promptly to assess the situation. They were back at the house first thing in the morning with all the equipment needed to remove the tree and debris. They provided outstanding service! They were professional, friendly, efficiently fast and clean up was exceptional!!! Castro's Tree Service made a bad situation less stressful. These guys did a great job when I needed a stump removed. They were prompt, efficient, and quoted me a lower price than any of the other companies I called. There was a bit of an issue squeezing the stump grinder through a narrow space and they handled it really well. Instead of just saying, "we can't do it, sorry!" they worked with us to maneuver the machine through the tight spot and then finished the work. Thanks for job well done!

I contacted them yesterday because I needed a stump removed fairly quickly. They came out within 30 minutes and gave me a great quote. I hired them on the spot. They came back today to remove the stump. Awesome job! Very friendly and professional. I couldn't be happier. I mentioned to a friend that I hired Castro and she said they hired home to trim some trees and they also were delighted with his work!
