Called this company said and they would come out and fix the drain. They of course were late of their block time schedule. Not a big deal, but then you get to what they charged .......$299 dollars to snake a drain. They broke the snake in the pipe and didn't even finish clearing the drain. Absolutely horrible experience, A snaking should be no more then $150 dollars. There is a similar review I just read from two weeks for the exact same thing. I have even thought of charging the card back.

They had a flat fee to come out and look at a drain. They quickly removed the clog via sanke and were done in less than 40 minutes. They never told me a price during the process. $298 was the total. I contacted 3 other companies and they said it shouldn't have been more than $160. One said they could have done it for $139.

I would have to say be warned before they start snaking your drain,, it's a good possibility they're going to chew a hole through your pipes and they don't warn you before starting it so they may put a hole in your pipe and leave your house and you could have water damage in your basement from improper drain cleaning,, that's what happened to me and it ended up being very costly I would not recommend to anyone

What a drag it is to have a blocked kitchen sink. Luckily I knew to call Omaha Drain due to a previous experience with a blocked toilet at my brother's house. I called in the afternoon & they were able to come the next day. Jesse called that morning to tell me he would be there before noon. He showed up about 11. I took the dogs for a ride in the car so they wouldn't bark the whole time, but Book Guy, my hubby stayed. He reported back to me by phone to describe the black gunk that was coming out of the drain. Apparently there was some problem with the basement floor drain too. Book

The Most deceptive owner crook ever. Charged me 100 for 5 dollar part. Took advantage of me. When confronted hung up on us. Never allow in your home. The website is not updated prices are more. Tells you one thing then charges another. Embarrassed they took me to the cleaners twice. Do not trust them. Get someone good. Would have rather had rotor rooter that knew what they were doing. I'm out over 500 from this deceptive crook.

We called Omaha Drain in a panic on a Sunday night. Water was filling our basement and it could not stand overnight. After a brief call, a technician was at our house in an hour. They quoted $200 and they stuck to that price without trying to upsell us anything. (If you have worked with other big name plumbers, you know what I mean). The guys that helped us were respectful and professional. The clog was solved and we got back to preparing for the work week. Very impressed and would recommend!
