Drain Daddy (founder/owner/plumber: Adam Anderson) was available when several other plumbing services had no availability for several days.
Adam arrived promptly within the time frame given. He was extremely professional, diagnosed and fixed the drainage issue we were having, and cleaned up everything. We have white carpet on the steps and he didn't leave a mark. We also have a small dog that doesn't like visitors, but he had no issues with Adam -- which was a pleasant surprise.

When calling to schedule our appointment, the staff member took the time to really understand to our needs and ensure that we had a clear understanding of what to expect. The technician who came to our home was prompt, courteous and very efficient; and took care to maintain a clean workspace throughout the process, in addition to leaving the place just as it was (plus a great new sink!) before he arrived.
